Jin:

Jiminie? I heard mrs. Soo calling me. Jiminie what happened you look so pale? She asked.  I was holding the water in my eyes.

This is not the time to cry. I was about to leave anyway. I knew they would hate me. But do I want them to? The love that I received here in this house with the people and starting to seem like stranger suddenly. Maybe because it was never me. This is not my place and can never be.

I'm ok aunty. I think I should leave now. She looked perplexed. It's better this way. One less person to hate me.

Ladies and gentlemen thank you so much for coming here to share this happy day with our family. Grandpa suddenly started addressing everyone in the room.

Today is the 33rd birthday of my dearest taehyungie and I have some important announcement to make today. He looked in Taehyung and Jimin's direction smiling at them.
As you all know I'm old and sick with a best friend who is doctor. Everyone laughed along with him. I'm announcing permanent retirement from my position and as my grandson is capable of handling this with the help of you guys, I'm proposing to give him my position fully so that I can be relaxed. Everyone started cheering for Taehyung including Jimin and his mother who was standing by their side.

Mrs. Soo looked at their side frowning and then at me as if she was telling me to do something. Sometimes it felt like she knew who I was and what is my truth. She was always protecting me from other specially mrs park and his son. I can't thank her enough. But again do I deserve her love?

But this is not it. I have another very special announcement to make for my taehyungie and his future. I was nagging him to get married when he turned 28. But this brat finally listened to me and gave me my son in law when he brought his boyfriend home. He smiled in midst of talking.

Jimin's mom hugged him with happiness and looked at me like she was mocking me. Reminding me that 'this is my place'. Hobi hyung came standing by my side like he was supporting me. But what difference does it make?

Today I announce the engagement of my  grandson Kim Taehyung with Kim Seokjin.

It felt like my world just stopped. I think I heard it wrong. Mrs. Soo looked at me with tears in her eyes. Did I hear it right aunty? I asked her to confirm. She nodded.

Jin, my son come here. Grandpa called my name as a few reporters were waiting to take pictures.

I walked towards him. Afraid that he is still angry. DG suddenly hug me with a smile on his face. Be happy my son. He whispered. I want to say something but my lips are sealed like i can't speak. My mind focused on grandpa. But he opened his arms for me and without any second thought I hug him like I found my father whom I lost long ago.

Jin, hey why are you crying? Stop crying or you'll look funny in pictures, he said wiping tears off my face.

Taehyung:

Grandpa just announced my engagement in front of the world with Jin. I'm standing here in shock unable to understand what is happening. He was smiling at us a moment ago and now this. What is wrong with grandpa?

Jimin's fingers slipped out of my hand. I looked at him to see his face fumed with anger. His mom dragged him along with her to the front door.
I turned around to see Jin hug grandpa. Why is this happening to me? I run to stop Jimin from leaving. I love him. I will marry him, only him.

Jimin, stop. Please listen to me. I grabbed his hand but he pushed me off.
I don't want to listen to anything Taehyung never in my dreams I thought I would be getting insulted like this in front of hundreds of people. Jimin spoke in harsh tone.

It's not my decision dammit it was grandpa. I argued. I never knew grandpa was going to play me like this.
Is it grandpa who is getting married or you tae? Jimin questioned with sarcasm.
Ofcourse me jimin-ah. I tried to convince but he increased the distance between us and get in the car standing at the door.

It is now or never. Why don't you tell your grandfather whom do you want to marry? And when you decide you can come for Jimin. We'll be staying at the hotel for the time. His mom was fueled with rage. But she is right. Grandpa is controlling my life. It is not fair he didn't even ask me if tell me about anything. Just announced it. I need to end this mess.

*Thud* Taehyung left the scene after slapping the man forgetting he was his friend.

Everyone was chatting happily. Hearing the happy news gushing about the new couple.

Taehyung's voice echoed in the hall making the guests silent.
