What is happening here? Grandpa, you said last time- Taehyung looked shocked at the sudden change in the behaviour of his grandfather. How was a man who was so adamant a few weeks ago that he will never accept Jin, was suddenly showering him with all the love?

Taehyung was sweating when he asked Jin to come for this dinner with him. He was so sure that something was going to happen but what he didn't imagine was everyone in his home celebrating the return of their favourite kid. Not him, but Kim Seokjin.

The man has everyone wrapped around his fingers including taehyung. Contrary to his last statement, grandpa was smiling ear to ear, telling Jin how he was waiting for the baby to arrive and Jin was a blushing mess. DG brought gifts for the baby and Jin. The sight melted his heart but then why did they say those nasty things last time?

Taehyungie, you were saying something? Mrs Soo asked. Taehyung looked at everyone staring at him and DG trying to control his laughter looking between him and his best friend. And then it hit him.

Are you serious? You guys did it for fun? He almost screamed out making Soon Jae and burst out in laughter. Even Mrs Soo covered her hide the amusement. 

What happened, Tae? Jin asked looking confused.

Nothing-

Ahh... we just pulled a prank on him and he fell in the trap. You know us jinnie. Soon Jae smirked looking in Taehyung's direction.

You oldies-

Everyone, let's go dinner is ready. Mrs Soo broke the little fight that was about to happen. Taehyung are you, okay? Jin asked in his soft voice intertwining their hands.

Nothing. They are like two kids, sometimes too naughty to handle. Both chuckled. Don't worry. Taehyung pecked his lips assuring him. Let's Go.

So, when is the wedding? Taehyung choked on his water at the sudden question. Grandpa... we just started dating. Jin reasoned.

But I want my grandchild to live with me. Is it too much to ask? Kyung Hoon pouted. Hoon give them a break. Don't take him seriously kids. Soon Jae glared at his best friend making him go silent.

Actually, we decided to think about the wedding after the baby is born. We are moving into our new home.

What do you mean? If you want to move in, just live here with me. Kyung Hoon said giving puppy eyes to taehyung and jin. Hoon stop behaving like a kid. Let them have some space. Soon Jae patted his back.

Fine. You all just want me to die alone. I get it. He sulked eating his food.

Grandpa, we wanted to spend some time together understanding each other and we can always move here. Jin's words lightened his face. My sweet jinnie, I can always depend on you at least someone cares about me. His words directed at taehyung made him look away. 

You guys can spend the night here. I already told Soo to prepare Taehyung's room. Everyone nodded not wanting to upset the old man and the chattering on the dining table continued.

Taehyung woke up in the night to an empty bed. Jin? He called out for his lover but after getting no reply he walked to the bathroom but there was no one. The fear was back again. What if Jin decided to leave him? What if he realised that I am not worthy of his love?

He ran to the kitchen to see if he was downstairs to get some food but the lights were off. His heart started to beat fast and then he saw a shadow of a man sitting on the bench in the lawn. He catches his breath. It was like deja vu. The night when he first felt close to his now-boyfriend, how they shared their stories and how he told Jin to open his heart, they were about to kiss that night. But also how he brushed off the feeling the very next second.

It's 2 in the morning what are you doing here in this cold? Jin flinched hearing a voice behind him.

Tae. You scared me... I just wanted some fresh air. He said wrapping the blanket around himself a little more.

Don't ever leave like that without telling me. Let's go inside, you will catch a cold. He tried to take Jin's hand but the other man refused.

Just sit here with me for a few minutes, I want to look at the moon with you. The request melted taehyung's heart. Jin initiating things was a big development after all he had gone through.

Mind to share your blanket? Taehyung smirked as he sat next to Jin, who threw open one end of the blanket giving it to him, with a deep red blush on his cheeks snuggled closer to him.

Do you remember, that night too? Jin asked in a whisper.

I never forgot it. The answer made jin smile.

Jin. I know I said it a thousand times but I'm really sorry for what I did back then. It may sound like I'm making excuses but the day you stepped into my life, I started having second thoughts about my feelings. I pushed away my feelings for you, because I promised myself that I will dedicate my life to one man only. While I was fighting with myself, I was hurting you as well. Please, forgive me. Jin looked up to see tears in taehyung's eyes, just like him.

We are way past that, tae. Please, believe me when I say that I've forgiven you long before. We've changed, we both grew up, definitely not the same that we used to be. And to be honest, I was being childish for treating you like that. He said making taehyung giggle.

You were my first love, I was hurt. Not being able to forget you, I became petty and now that I think about it, that was a burden. I was holding on to you after all these years, Alex being in my life, it was suffocating at some point. 

Grandpa called me one day to tell me that you came back home crying and that you broke up with him. I was working in a bakery here in Seoul, grandpa told me to come back but then I thought it will be unfair for both of us. You settling for someone you never loved and I settling for the unrequited love.

Seojun hyung supported me at that time, to move on from this toxic life. But then I was on TV, people chasing me, I became what I wanted to be but it was hollow. When Alex proposed to me, I realized that I never stopped loving you. 

Thank you for loving me taehyung when I was at my lowest. I owe my life and our baby's life to you. Thank you, because I love you too. He leaned in to kiss the handsome face that was shining into the moonlight, listening to his words carefully.

Taehyung was frozen hearing the confession of love coming from the man of his dreams. Kiss me, Tae. The words made him realize the sensation of Jin's breathing near his lips. And he kissed those plump lips without hesitation under the same sky after 4 years.
