He gave me a smirk. We ran back to my house, and he dropped me off.
"Bye," I said as he walked off. He waved back as he started walking to his house. Then I walked inside my house.
"Where have you been?" my mom asked me. She was mad.
"Walking," I replied to her.
She wasn't gonna believe that, "Where did you walk? Cause when I went looking for you, I could not find you anywhere."
I was busted, "Fine," I started, "I went talk with Luke."
"What did you talk about?" She asked. She was standing in front of me so I couldn't just walk in my room.
I said, "Mom I'll tell you in the morning it's getting late."
"Okay, fine. Do you want something to eat?" She asked.
"No," I replied, "I'm not hungry." I went to bed and she didn't stop me.
