Over the past three days, I have: talked to Clay a lot, remembered everything about the night and the memory, and bonded with Fern.

I woke up and the shades were open as usual, leaving the light shining through.
Today is the day I can finally get out of this dang bed, and it's about time.
I get out of the bed and go to take a shower in my bathroom. After my shower, I change into some blue jean shorts with a t-shirt and the pair of sneakers Fern gave me. I leave my natural wavy hair down because it actually looks good today. Then I head off to go surprise Clay.
I walk out of my room and down an unfamiliar hallway. There is a dead end to my left and a few doorways and one opening to my right. I walk right and head for the opening which doesn't have a door. The doorway opens to what looks like a living room/dinning room/kitchen. The living room part, which is just a small low table and a couch, is at the upper half of the room. The dining room, which is just a table with six chairs but one looks more used, is at the lower left part of the room. The kitchen in the lower right part of the room.
At the couch there was a boy about my age, but not Clay.
"Hello?" I ask.
The boy turned and exclaimed, "Sarah!" It was Danny.
"Danny, why didn't you come back?" I asked.
"You weren't coming then, so why try again. I knew something big would have to happen in order for you to come here," Danny explained.
"Oh, well I gotta go," I said, "see ya later."
Danny smiles and says, "Okay bye."
I leave my house and work my way backwards from the tour all the way to Clay's apartment.
I arrive at about five minutes later. I knock on Clay's door. After a minute, the door opens.
"Hey. Oh my gosh, it's so crazy seeing you out of that bed." he spoke way to loudly.
"Could you keep your voice down? I think they heard you at the village," I said sarcastically.
"Doubtful," he said, "Wanna come in?"
"Do you think we could maybe go for a walk or something?" I said. I just wanted to be outside, which was impossible when you're on bedrest.
"Sure let's go," Clay said.

During our walk, Clay explains to me that we do have a small school.
"Don't worry," he says when he saw my face drop when he said "school."
"I know, but what if we aren't in the same class?" I ask.
"Everyone our age or a little younger or older has the same class," he explains.
"Well that's a relief," I said, "Remember when we were in like 1st grade or something and we all had different teachers?"
He smiles and says, "Yeah, and you always would complain because your teacher was the 'meanest'."
"What? She was so mean! I couldn't draw whatever I wanted to on my paper because we always had to draw bugs," I said.
"Yeah, but the big thing wasn't that bad. You got to draw butterflies and ladybugs," He said, "Oh wait do you see that building right there," he points to what looks like the largest building I've seen here.
"Yes," I say.
"That is the school," he said.
"Oh, when does it start?" I ask.
"Last month, but don't worry you'll catch up. Plus I'll help you," he said while grinning.
"Okay. Just curios what day is it?" I ask.
"Sunday. Why?" He asks back.
"It's kinda hard to keep track when I don't have a calendar, like I had at my house in the village," I say.
"Don't stay up late tonight," he says.
"Why?" I ask.
"We have school tomorrow," he says.
"Yay," I said excitedly.

After my walk with Clay, Danny and I talked. I told him everything about the night, and all he said was "woah."
{~}
I tell dad and Danny goodnight. Then I change out of my outfit and into some sweatpants and an old t-shirt. I crawl into bed, and then I drift away into sleep within minutes.
