The sun had begun to set causing the sky to turn a beautiful dark purple as the two strangers continued to talk, the brunet had grown more interested in the man than when they met only hours prior.
"So what brings you to the city of torment?" Ashton mused as the two men rose to their feet due to the worker trying to close the shop.
"I go where my work takes me."
"What do you do for work?"
"I settle people's indifferences," Michael spoke carefully as he watched the dribble of people still walking around the town.
Ashton was as confused as the Easter bunny on Thanksgiving day; the more he was told about the man the less he thought he knew. Hazel eyes gazed towards the man who was slowly distancing himself from the shorter male, quickly piecing together that the man was trying to leave him.
"Hey, can I give you my number? I'd like to see you again." Ashton smiled at the man who was trying his best to leave before the darkness devoured the city.
"I don't have a phone." Michael's monotonous tone rang clearly as the hazel eyed man looked at him confused.
"What are you? Some kind of paranoid alien believer? Think the FBI are gonna watch you through the screen?" Ashton joked as he glanced towards the taller male with interest.
Green eyes rolled as Michael walked away from the situation, the guy was nice that's for sure but Sekiro was hungry and there was no way in hell that he'd let his snake starve for a guy.
Sekiro wrapped around Michael protectively as he walked down the alleys to shake the oddly friendly man, no one he knew was that friendly especially when first meeting them; it was unnerving but maybe the guy was just a friendly kind of person.
"You didn't like him much either?" Michael spoke quietly as the snake flicked her tongue against the back of his ear, her head in line with the snake tattoo that tainted his pale skin. "You're right, there was something weird about him. Time to research?"
Light steps were taken as he built up enough speed to vault over a wall at the end of the alley, landing in the opposing alley next door to a nightclub. Cautious steps brought him to the city centre, green eyes surveyed his surroundings as he made his way towards the internet cafe across the road.
Slipping inside the small shop, the black haired man observed all the people focusing on screens as an annoyed sigh slipped past his lips before walking to the furthest row from the front door.
Making his way over to the desk, the black haired man gestured for Sekiro to hide further in his shirt as he observed the blond man who wore a fitted black and white suit while the teenager next to him wore black jeans and a white button up that was hidden by the thin black jumper he wore over the top with the silver chains that hung loosely from his neck.
Green eyes glanced briefly at their screens as he saw the professional looking man complete minesweeper before checking his watch, while the teenage looking man was attempting to access a familiar website; Michael knew the website like the back of his hand considering it was the one he had wanted to access when he first arrived.
Sitting down beside the brunet, he felt the eyes of the blond stare daggers into the side of his head as he opened up his desired search browser. Michael didn't turn or flinch at the feeling of both sets of eyes watching him open government files with ease, the green eyed man was quick to go through the criminal database for all of the people under the name of Ashton.
"Oi, did you see that, how do I do that? It keeps saying my password is wrong. Luke, help." The brunet huffed as he punched the blond in the arm lightly causing a sharp glare to be sent in his direction.
