Breaking My Heart (On-Going)

Chapter 1

Autumn's POV

The loud music linger in my system, lights of different colors everywhere makes the atmosphere become more heavier. People are drinking, dancing, partying and having such a good time while I am here all alone and having such a heartache. Funny, right.

"Miss, here is your Margarita", pukaw sa akin ng bartender.

"Thank you", I simply replied.

I am just sitting here in the corner of the counter spending my precious time for nothing. I am not a drinker nor a party goer type of person but now I am just doing exactly the opposite of the things that I don't usually do because I am heartbroken. I pitied my self. I start to cry once again, pouring every pain I felt until I feel nothing at all.

"Autumn, thank god I have found you", I looked at my cousin Sky as he stared at me with pity, and concern

"What are you doing here Sky ", I asked him, not minding his reaction.

"I'm fetching you up, you're drunk for heaven's sake and given that you are all alone, what the hell on earth have gotten into your mind huh", he exasperatedly said.

"I am just having a good time here, is there's something wrong with it", I fired back.

"Having a good time, really", he said mockingly and sit beside me.

"Look how miserable you are A, you don't use to be like this, I'm so worried ", he continued.

"I'm not miserable Sky, I'm just hurt", of course I defended my self.

"Umuwi na tayo A, please", now he's begging.

"Fine, uubusin ko lang itong tequila ko", I said and immediately downed the tequila I ordered.

I left 2,000 pesos at the counter, tip ko doon sa bartender na nagentertain sa akin kanina, well he's kind of a good person he even asked me if I need I companion and someone to talk to because he's willing. I just refused, ayaw ko namang mandamay ng iba sa sarili kong problema.

"My car is there", I pointed my car that I parked just a meter away from the entrance of the bar.

"No, you won't be driving, as if I'm going to allow you ", sagot naman agad ni Sky.

"Balikan mo na lang bukas, I'll drive you here tomorrow so please get in the car and let's have no arguments at all", malumanay niyang saad.

I silently get inside his car. I don't want to have further arguments with him too, masyado na kasi akong loaded ngayong araw.

"Autumn", tawag sa akin ni Sky nang magsimula na kaming umusad.

"I'm fine, don't worry", I said in a sleepy tone, unti-unti na kasing umeepekto ang alak sa sistema ko.

"He's my friend, but you're my little sister so I want to hear your side", he said.

"I love him, kaya ko nagawa iyon", panimula ko, tears started to escape from my eyes.

"He loves Mia very much, you shouldn't have done that", bakas ang pait sa boses niya.

"She's cheating on him, why can't you see that", hindi ko sinasadyang masigawan siya.

"Mia's beautiful, talented and smart, normal lang na marami siyang tagahanga, but that doesn't mean that she's cheating on him", he tried explaining.

"Tsk.tsk. I saw it with my own eyes, he's making out with a guy sa likod ng canteen", sagot ko naman while pointing out with my two eyes.

"You're spreading a humor, kasama namin siya, you saw it too, we're eating together in the cafeteria when you confronted her, you even gone hysterical accusing her of something that you're not so sure if she'd really done", sermon niya.

"But I saw her earlier than that, after ko siyang makita hinanap ko agad si ......."

"Drop it Autumn, napahiya ka na't lahat lahat, he will not love you back kahit pa anong gawin mo", sigaw niya sa akin, I didn't expect that though, he's always been so calm and nice to me kahit ano pang mga kalokohan ang mga pinaggagawa ko.

"Mabuti na lang napakiusapan ko ang mga tao doon na huwag nang ipagkakalat kung ano man ang mga nakita nila kanina, you're a Saavedra for heaven's sake", patuloy niya.

I just cried, patuloy ako sa paghikbi hanggang sa makarating kami sa bahay.

"Tomorrow, we are going to clear things up, hindi pwedeng makarating kina mama lalong-lalo na kina Tito itong ang mga pinag-gagagawa mo, isang malaking gulo ito kapag nagkataon, at paniguradong parehas tayong mayayari nito", he said ng pumarada ang sasakyan niya sa may fountain ng mansiyon namin.

"Thank you sa paghatid, good night", matamlay kong paalam sa kaniya bago tuluyang bumaba ng sasakyan.

I walked inside our house, kung house pa bang matatawag ang ganito kalaking bahay na ako lang naman ang nakatira, malimit kasing umalis ang mga magulang ko para asikasuhin ang negosyo namin, we are Real Stators and nakabase sa Spain ang Saavedra Empire which is the largest company brach namin, we have Spanish blood so it is not surprising at all.

Nakakaisang hakbang pa lang ako sa hagdan ng muli akong makaramdam ng hilo, then naalala ko si Sky, paniguradong mapapagalitan si Sky kapag nalaman nina Mom and Dad ang mga pinaggagawa ko. Stupid you Autumn.

I remember kung gaano kahirap namin makumbinsi noon sina Mom and Dad, pati na rin sina Tito and Tita na dito kami magstay ni Sky sa Pilipinas, they wanted us to stay in Spain and finish our study there, so we can automatically handle our business there, but we insisted staying here since our business branched out already, we have a company here na so mas madali na namin silang nakumbinsi.

As soon as I reached my room, ibinagsak ko na ang katawan ko sa kama. I didn't even bother to change my clothes that stinks in liquor, all I know is I'm already tired and I need rest.

Yeah that's it, I just need a rest.
