Not to do
I can and wait,
Of Breadth thy order's fillOne can stop
And turn the fate
Until their time turns stillLike a captain
On a sea
They lead their own free willAnd 'till the light
I see in thee
Runs, fleeting to the hillI'll nock my bow
Loose an arrow
Until every enemy--I've milledDown, and dead
Lost, and dread
Morning call
Unsightly gallI find that you do not respond well
When for you, I coat the sky
With projectiles and fire
And when for you I coat the earth
In the remains of those who birthed
None but discontent and hate
You plead me to abate
What have I wronged? In your eyes I see myself
You perceive me--An image congeals
I breath fire
Cause death
Bring strife
And with blood, I wet
Your sheetly coincidenceLeave me be
Leave the guilt to me
Let me dance upon the gallows alone
And be at the altar as only my bones
Let me bear these sins unslowed
By the scourges of chiefly principality
And it's corruptorsLet me face the fears alone
And have the jury see nothing but bones
When they witness me and my will--unslowed
Let me defeat this uncanny tyranny
And its destructorsAll along, my war was waged only with looks
I was fought back for only my presence
And as I stood in those halls alone
I realized, this is no cloud nine
If we are on either heaven or earth
Neither is right, we are simply the hearth
For that sanctity to brew within
And fate is just the now and then
As the times come and change
We need to receive the changing array
The class structure
The wars
The terror
We need to believe
That pacifism is not the answer
If one wishes to bring a battle to us
We need to fight, and in ourselves trust
We will not be tamed by some no-name foe
We will combat the perilous woe
Alas, we shall rise
Exeunt Challenge.
