A sunset,
One of the most endearing,
Fills me in,
With warmth, and with happiness.
The cool wind brings comfort,
The sky a sight for sore eyes.
And the silence speaks it out,
Of magic, and pure music.
A tear leaks,
And then another.
Silent tears,
Rest on my lips.
A smile tastes,
Of those salty tears.
But it doesn't stop,
The smile to spread.
Happiness fills in,
Filling the emptiness inside.
Bubbles rising,
The cause of my smile.
Feel my heartbeat,
For I feel alive.
Place a hand on my heart,
See if I'm lying.
Listen to it's rythum,
For secrets it's going to tell.
A simple song,
My heart will sing.
Listen if you can,
The tales it whispers.
Silence used as music,
And words that jingles.
Smoothing words,
A simple accent.
A couple of heartbeats,
Sing the perfect silence.
