The air carries,
My sweet voice.
Whispering secrets,
That I need you to hear.
No tears leave my eyes damp.
I'm still, I'm silent.
I'm okay.
Each breathe of mine,
Is counted,
For the happiness inside,
Somehow, overflows.
Somehow,
The heart inside,
Stops crying.
And,
It grows.
A simple embrace,
Of nature,
Meeting my eyes.
Leaves me breathless.
It is a breathtaking sight.
Wild.
And Free.
I had wished to be.
But peace,
Is actually,
What I need.
It's what,
My heart holds.
A million feelings,
Returning home.
My voice cracks,
Though the happiness is smooth.
Not a single curve,
Visible in my mood.
A simple smile,
Rests on my face.
Eyes closed,
An expression,
Full of grace.
A slighly shaking hand,
Reaching out.
Grasping the wonder,
The magic,
The truth.
A tiny sigh,
Leaves my lips.
For pain had caught
my breathe.
Now, breathing deeply.
I smile some more.
This simple feeling inside,
Leaves me smiling wide.
Happiness feels like magic.
If only one knows how,
It can be felt,
With a simple touch.
Or a simple stare.
I'm okay.
Now that,
Hope,
Is here.
