Today is a very special day, coz it's Jisoo unnie's birthday!! Well her birthday is tomorrow but its already nine in the evening and we're gonna surprise her. Yey!!
Finally! I can celebrate her birthday without crying. I can celebrate it with a smile on my face. I can celebrate it with her.
Everyone is here except Jisoo unnie. Chaeng and Seulgi are in charge of decorating. While Lisa is helping me in cooking.
Lisa is excited coz she knows that unnie will be happy. She told me that every Unnie's birthday, she'll go to our parents' grave and spend her day there.
I felt sad. She's not any more happy nor excited when her birthday comes. Now I want to bring back the old way how we celebrate her birthday.
"You look happy." I got startled when Lisa suddenly talk.
Well, she didn't say anything since we started cooking.
"I just remembered the last time we celebrate Unnie's birthday. We're all happy and complete." I said and give her a sad smile.
"These might not be like the other birthdays you celebrate her birthday but I know she'll be happy. Knowing that you're already here with her." She said and hold my chin.
I give her my gummy smile before saying. "Thank you Lili. For everything."
"You're always welcome my Nini." She said and hug me.
I blush coz if what she said, she said 'my Nini'. I hug her back and I feel safe in her arms.
We stay like these for a couple of minutes when someone ruined our moment.
"Uhm, love birds, sorry for ruining your moment but we have a lot of things to do. You're hugging each other for 10 minutes already." Aww.
"Yahh! Chipmunk! Why do you always ruin our moment!" Lisa said annoyingly.
"Coz I can. Now move. You can hug each other later." I blush at what she said.
We continued to cook and when we're done, we place the food in the dinning but we can't because Seulgi and Rosé are fighting coz of what mantle they should put on the table.
"Yah! Bear! That's not cute!" Chaeng said being irritated.
Seulgi is holding a gray mantle while Rosé is holding a pink mantle.
"Yes, it is." Seulgi said.
"Stop fighting you two. I have a special mantle to put there." Lisa said and gets the mantle.
We all laugh at what she's holding.
It's a white and red mantle and every red box has a different kind of unnie's funny picture and every white box has a chicken.
"Gosh! HAHAH where did you get that?" Seulgi asks still laughing.
"Oh, I got help with your brother." Lisa said proudly.
"You're so dead Lisa HAHAHA, Unnie will get angry at you." Rosé said putting the mantle on the table.
"I don't care. Nini, go freshen up now. I'll pick your clothes." Lisa said and I nodded.
I walk up the stairs and I heard them teasing Lisa coz of the nickname she gave me.
I'm so thankful that unnie have friends like them. I know they helped unnie. I'm glad that they can make unnie smile and laugh.
After freshening up I got out of the bathroom and saw the clothes that Lisa picked for me.
