Korra walked out to the building and saw Mako sitting down on the top of the steps he gets up when he sees her. The avatar walks up the stairs planing on saying nothing to Mako until he speaks up.
"What kind of game are you playing," he spoke
"ahh, pro-bending? We've got a quarter-final match," She said truthfully Korra looked at him confused at what he was talking about.
"no I mean with Bolin you got him all in a tizzy and I know you're only using him to get back at me," Mako said angrily
"I am not just having fun together would you care anyway," The brown-haired girl started to get defensive.
"I'm looking for my little brother I don't wanna see his heart get broken," He lied
"wait a second you're not worried about him you're jealous you do have feelings for me," she spoke confidently.
"what jealous don't be ridiculous" he lied again
"admit it you like me," She said
"No I'm with Asami," he started to get angry
"Yeah but when you're with her you're thinking about me aren't you," She said honestly
"get over yourself!" he got really annoyed now as she was right he does like her
"I'm just being honest,"
"you're crazy!"
"you're a liar!"
They both storm off

The pro-bending arena was packed to see the fire ferrets verses the Boar-q-pines. The bell rang and round 1 begun. The usual onslaught of bending came about and Korra tried to Dodge the attack as she was dodging she slams right into Mako and this causes all three teammates to get hit back. Round 1 went to the Boar-q-pines. Mako yells at Korra.
"You were supposed to defend while I attack!"
"I had an opening so I took it!" She yells back Bolin looks confused at the two of them.
"What is up with you two alright whatever just pull it together," He puts his hands on both his teammate's shoulders. Round 2 starts and Bolin is doing fine while the other two aren't doing so well, Bolin hits the Firebender on the other team but the oppositions waterbender hits Mako. But Bolin hits the earthbender. He hits the firebender on last time securing round 2 for the fire ferrets. Round 3 ends up in a tie, the ref throws the coin up into the air it lands on the fire ferrets side.
