Ava and I were sitting on a rock and I was crying. Seeing the waterfall made me remember so many things of my past I just couldn't sugarcoat. Ava looked at me and hugged me " so what's up Matthew why did you bring me here" I look at her no tablet o say anything I finally swallow and speak up. " umm I told you I was going to tell you about my past so here I am Ava im going to tell you about it." I said tears streaming. Down my face. " babe you don't have to I love you and want to live in the now" I hugged her. " just hear me out and just listen for awhile ok." I said " okay babe" she said kissing my cheek. I looked at the waterfall and back at her. " okay so you remember when me and you were best friends including Ryan right?" I asked she nodded " okay so I met this girl named Mahogany at the club this one night she was gawgous I mean she was a jewel. I just didn't know she would be my worst nightmare. Now you know how I suddenly " hated" you and me and Ryan were dicks to you and left you?" I asked and looked at her . She nodded. " I won't forget" she said looking down " there's a reason behind that Ava , well mahogany she was perfect the love of my life. One day she got me to do drugs , I didn't know what I was thinking. I found out she was in a gang . I was deeply in love with her to leave her so I didn't I stuck with her. I ended up being part of the gang. That's how I met Nash Cam and all them guys. One day I decided that I didn't want to kill or do drugs anymore but they told me if I didn't they would hurt the people around me. I ignored them and me and you were still friends. So that one night I went over to your house when you didn't ever live by me yet, we watched movies and had an amazing time well the next day I got a call from Bart the gang leader. I went to our hideout and he showed me pictures of me and you that someone had taken and he threatened to hurt you and Ryan. I told ryan and he understood and became part of the gang with me he thought it would be dope. Me and him decided it was better not to tell you and push you away. Bart though kept following you and showed me more pictures of you and he told me even though we didn't hang out he knew You was important to me and that's why me and Ryan abused you so Bart and the gang didn't think I you were important and left you alone. Mahogany was my everything blind folded I did everything she asked me to do. Bart stopped following you after awhile. But I had to keep being mean to you." Ava interrupted me " I would have understood Matthew, but thanks for trying to protect me" I nodded and continued " one night we were on a mission with everyone and things got bad everyone was shooting bullets at the other gang and I was with mahogany at all time but them somehow I got distracted and a bullet hit her right in the chest I never cried so much in my life I saw her die infront of me and had to leave her body there so the rest of the gang wouldn't get caught or shot. The next day we went to go pick up Mahoganys body and we buried her . After that I told Bart that the only reason I was in the gang was for her so I demanded to be let go. He granted my wish and Ryan came to." Ava interrupted me tears in her eyes " I am sorry matthew but why did you continue to treat me like shit" I looked down " look you reminded me so much of her that red lipstick you wore the kitty ears your obsession with cats and high heels I hated you because you reminded me of that awful memory I hated you because you reminded me of my first love and how she died. I didn't want you to leave me and the only way to contact you want to be mean" I got cut off as Ava slapped me....
