Ava's perspective
I helped matthew up from the floor and into his bedroom. I cleaned his blood and went into the bathroom to through the tissues away. When I came out Matthew was crying. I walked over to him he noticed and wiped tears . " Matt what's wrong? And you can cry go ahead I won't judge it's ok not to be ok" he sniffles and hugs ma I don't hug back I was still a little hurt about what he had done. ( by the way if I was Ava girl you best believe if he did that I would of got some Vaseline and whipped some ass! Ain't no one going to treat me like this ever again) he backs away I see hurt in his eyes. Hurt in matthews eyes .. Whet!? " I am sorry Ava " he says in between sniffles. " Matt did you not notice what you were going to do" I say looking down at my hands " yas Ava and I apologize look I didn't realize I had my hand in the air I didn't mean to and I would never hit you now I love you so much so so much and look this is new to me I don't want to love again don't want to get hurt again but you changed me Ava I need you" he said his hands holding his head . I started crying " what do you mean again Matthew? and I'm sorry sometimes it reminds me of when you used to bully me and beat me and I got scared I love you matthew " I said hugging him. He pulled away " it's a long story Ava I'll tell you later, I don't want to hurt you Ava " with that he kissed my forehead people were arriving for the party . " come on babe lets go have a fun time" I drag him down the stairs .
