I woke up for school late again. It has been exactly one week since Matthew left to California im lost without him. We have barely even talked ever since he left. I am getting scared he doesn't love me no more. I forcefully got out of bed with tears on the rim of my eyes but I shook them away big girls don't cry. I put my hair up in a ponytail . I got out some jogger with a tank top and some vans then headed out the door. I didn't even bother putting on make up. I rode my purple and blue penny board to school. I walked in I missed getting greeted by Matthew when he didn't pick me up. I missed his touch his kisses I missed him. I walked over to my locker when I got shoved into my locker I looked up it was Stephanie and her crew. Ugh I hated them . " Where's matthew Ava did he leave you? Or worse maybe he just went to L.A to cheat on you" Stephanie laughed in my face. I pushed her off of me. " how the hell do you know Matthews in L.A?" Matthew never told me he was going to L.A just said he was going to California. " he told me" Stephanie said like it was obvious. Tears formed on the rims of my lids. " let me guess Matthew didn't tell you" she laughed and the rest of her friends laughed with her. I pushed them out of the way and walked past them. I ran home to call Matthew . He didn't pick up. I pulled my hair I was so stressed. I called him. The phone ran 2 times and he picked up. " hey babe" he said . " Matthew why did you have to leave to LA" I asked " because I'll be back soon I promise " he said getting nervous " God dammit Matthew" I let out and hung up. I called my sister Shanay " hey baby sis" she said excited . I would have called my parents but idk much about them. My sis was like my mother but she moved to LA awhile ago. " hey big sis " I said " omg why are you crying what's wrong?" She said with concern in her voice probably noticing I had been crying " I hate it here Shanay everyone hates me here in school im treated like shit I even get beat ifk what to do anymore " I said tears coming down my face I tried to stop because big girls don't cry but it was my sister it was ok to cry. " baby sis I just moved into a new apartment maybe you could fly yourself up here and help me settle down go to a new school for awhile then you can go back " she said happy. " but Shanay I don't want to bother " she cut me off " you won't bother me I need company come on down this weekend I'll buy you your ticket tonight " I sat in silence trying to let that sink in. " alright big sis I love you so much thanks." Is all I managed to say " see u this Friday" she said and hung up. Friday was in two days I had to pack. I went to my room and packed everything basically. I checked my phone and saw I had a message it was Matthews
" what's wrong?"
" everything. But I gtg im packing CUZ im heading to LA soon to visit my sister"
" Ava you must not come to LA don't you come to LA you hear me if you do well have to be over"
" I am going to see my sister don't worry I won't get in your way! God dammit matthew really that just mean you don't really love me im going to LA and if you dump me I'll never forgive you"
" I love you Ava I do, when you get to LA call me"

I looked at the message and threw my phone on my bed. Can't wait for LA get to escape this life for a little bit!
