The reunion

Do overs

I woke up to the sun beaming in my eyes I didn't know why though I never forget to shut the blinds.
I opened my eyes slightly realising that I was not in my own room but in Wills bed.
No.
No.
No.
I thought throwing up the covers dramatically to see I still had all my pyjamas on.
Ok , ok we can work with that.
I held my head in my hands trying to remember last night but all I could recall was falling asleep on the sofa and I had no clue how I'd gotten here.

Suddenly my thoughts were interrupted by a gentle tap on the door and Wills cheery face greeting me
"Morning" he whispered merrily.
"Hello" I replied sitting up slightly in bed "wait I'm sorry how did I get here".
"Oh well you fell asleep so I thought I'd put you in here it's more comfortable then the sofa."

"Oh" I muttered , still nothing came back I must have slept through it all.

"Oh I hope I didn't snore" I said not really thinking rubbing my face with my hands.
"Err ... no y/n I slept on the sofa"
"Of corse , sorry , um yeah of corse" I kind of spluttered out realising what I'd just said.
"Yeah"

It was silent for a few seconds and kinda awkward until Will piped up "tea?"
"Yeah definitely"

He walked out the room leaving me wincing at myself at how awkward I had acted.

Stupid why did you say that? Well done y/n he probably thinks your well weird now.
Wait he probably thinks your even weirder lying in here on your own. Get up now.

I tossed the covers off my body sending a chill down my spine and swung my legs over to the floor and walked out the room.

I stumbled into the kitchen where Will was stood making two cups of tea and sat at one of the stools at the breakfast bar.
He handed me the warm cup and we talked for a few minutes.

All of a sudden my phone vibrated making me jump as it echoed of the work surface. I checked it to see a message on the group chat I had with Alex and George.

Yay.
I really wanted to see the boys now that me and Will has cleared the air it would be great for us now no awkwardness or arguments.
So I texted back and arranged everything.

"Everything alright" Will said coming over and sitting next to me.
"Yeah great it's just Alex and George they've invited me round tonight"
"Is that so?" Will replied sounding quite sarcastic and annoyed but I chose to just shrug it off.
"Yeah"

"Hey I've just had a thought , why don't you come too be my guest I'm sure the boys won't mind ,as a sort of surprise that we can go back to the way things used to be."
Will lost eye contact with me an annoyed look covered his face " yeah well me and George and Alex aren't on the best of terms right now".
"Oh come on Will, you know once they see us all together again they won't be able to resist don't you want things back to normal".
"Of corse I do" he sighed " I just don't wanna make things worse"

"You won't trust me just come round about six they will be so shocked and surprised that they won't be able to be angry with you" i was pretty much prepared to say just about anything for him to come at this point because I desperately wanted the happy reunion with all four of us.

"I don't know y/n"
"Please Will , for me" I said giving him my pathetic excuse of puppy dog eyes.
"Fine" he laughed shaking his head at me.
I smiled in response and soon both of us were full on laughing.

...

I spent the rest of the morning with Will until I finally decided that it was about time I left so I could get ready to go to Alex and George's.
Will tried to get me to let him drive me but I insisted that I wanted to walk.

I looked down realising that I still had my pyjamas on , I shrugged and stepped out into the frosty air.

I smiled to myself knowing that my life had completely flipped around again for the better this time. I was finally gonna get the happy reunion that I so desperately craved.

Or  at least I thought I was.
