Chapter 41

-Peeta's POV-

I wake up and it's dark, I check the time; 02:22am. I am about to go back to sleep when I realise Katniss isn't here. I get out of bed and turn the bedroom light on, I see a note on the draws by her bed.

Dear Peeta,

I know you're probably worried sick about where I am, but don't worry I'm fine, honestly don't worry about me at all.

I know I asked you to stay with me, but this walk I need to take alone, for myself. Don't come looking for me, don't ring the police. I'll be back soon.

I promise.

~7PM~

I'm still sat on her bed, she said she'd be back soon, 17 hours later no sign of her. I clench her letter in my hand as I break down in sobs. I probably stay like that for about half an hour until I feel someone wrap their arms around me.

"I love you an that but I really need to be on my own" I sob. I expect them to leave, but they don't.

"Shhh, Peeta you need me right now, I'm not leaving you" the voice coos. I look up to see Katniss rocking me back and forth.

"Oh my gosh! You scared me Katniss!" I say breaking down into another wave of tears.

"Shh Peeta, don't waste those tears on me, I'm not worth it"

"You damn well are! Katniss, you're my life! I'd die if you left me"

"I'd never leave you Peeta, you should know that by now"

"I do" I nod.

"Good, now come on, you look really tired" she says as she lays me down on her bed. She runs her fingers through my hair as she sits by my side. She goes to get up but I pull her back down, she ends up lying on top of me as I smell her pine tree scent.

"Are you smelling me?" she giggles.

"Yeah" I say turning a shade of pink.

"That's cute"

"Like you then"

"No like you"

"Okay, whatever you say"

My hand find the back of her head and I pull her head down, her lips meet mine and I know from the second they touch I'll start craving them. We kiss each other with such passion, we both get lost in the kiss. I can tell she's craving my lips too. After all, we haven't kissed properly in a month.

Her hands find my hair as mine go to the back of her head and her waist. She runs her fingers through my hair and then locks her fingers in the back and tugs on the lightly, causing me to moan and my hips to buck up to meet hers.

"Sorry" I say.

"It's okay, I liked it" she giggles.

I'm about to question her back when she tugs on my hair again, I try with all my strength not to buck but I do, which she giggles at.

"I know your weakness" she sing songs and she lightly tugs on my hair, not making me buck but enough to make me moan.

"Katniss!" I moan. She smiles as me as she presses her lips back on mine.

"My name sounds so good coming out of your mouth in moans" she whispers in my ear.

"Katniss stop it! You're tur-KAtniss!" I moan as she tugs on my hair hard making me buck up and down rapidly. "Oh fuck" I moan as she sucks on my neck. She trails her lips around the front of my neck and up my jawline. She giggles at the sounds I make when I try not to moan, which makes it even harder not to because her giggle is just, yeah.

She starts unbuttoning my shirt, I'm about to stop and question her but then she starts kissing down my front. "Fuck, Katniss stop!" I moan, but of course she does it even more. Once shes undone my shirt and kissed all down my front she comes back up and kisses me again. I get lost in the kiss and then realise her hands are not at my hair. I come back to my sences when she's undone my belt and jeans. Her fingers are doing small cirles at the top of where my trousers start.

Then comes the worst part, she starts grinding on me. "Oh fuck Katniss! Please Katniss, please!" I start moaning loudly as I end up grinding back on her, causing her to moan.

"Ahh Peeta!" she moans but squeals at the same time, which turns me on even more, hearing my name come out of her mouth in moans is like fucking heaven. "Peeta" she whimpers. I immediately stop and look at her.

"Are you okay?" I ask.

She nods. "You just turn me on so much" she says still grinding on me. I carry on grinding on her which she keeps whimpering my name, ugh why does she have to turn me on so much

"Peeta please" she whimpers.

"What do you want Katniss?"

I freeze at her comment "A-are you sure?" I stutter.

She nods. "I love you so much" she says kissing me.

We undress each other until we both have no clothes on. I make sure I put protection on before. "Are you seriously sure now?" I ask.

She nods. "I'm ready, I trust you and love you and would never leave you" she says as she straddles me.

My tip finds her enterence immediatly and she starts thrusting on me, making me go deeper inside her, causing her to repeativly call out my name in my ear. She grinds faster making her moan even more until she screams out my name as she comes.

She starts to slow her pace down and slowly gets off me and falls to the side.

I then run my two fingers down her front until they meet her enterance, I start to thrust my two fingers in and out of her rapidly as she squeals with enjoyment. Her hips constantly buck up to meet my hand when I thrust my fingers deeper into her.

"Ahh Peeta I'm gonna come again!" She moans as I constantly thrust in and out of her with my fingers.

I keep thrusting in and out of her but with three fingers. I go deeper than the last times though which causes her to come over my fingers. I pull them out and put them to my lips so I can taste her.

"Oh fuck Katniss, you taste so good" she giggles in between heavy breaths as I just kiss her all over.

We both breath heavily in the warm atmosphere between us from sweating. I quickly take the protection off and get dressed and put my pjarmas on while she puts hers on. She climbs back into her bed and asks me to stay the night with her, which I gladly do.

"I love you" she says kissing my cheek.

"I love you too" I say kissing her head where it lays on my chest. Within minutes she's sleeping peacefully, not long after sleep takes over me.

When I first made my wattpad account I used to only read on there until around September when I started writing fanfics. The song (which is either at the start or on the side) was the one that made me actually decide to write fanfictions, I don't even know why, It just did :')
