New power?

Ty's POV
Everyone is sitting down except for Max and Autumn who are continuously scratching at the door. "It's not going to break." Says Adam. "Maybe it will..." Mutters Max. I look over at Jess to see she's concentrating on something. "What are you doing Jess?" Asks Jin. "My powers have slowly been coming back so I'm trying to use it to our advantage." Answers Jess. "Does this mean the formula thing is wearing off?" Asks Cory. "That would be a possibility." Says Jin. "They never gave me this formula." Says Roxy. "Maybe because they didn't get to you yet." Says Shelby. "No, I would probably be the first they'd give it to." Says Roxy. "It was probably because you're a completely different hybrid!" Exclaims Adam. "That is weird why wouldn't they inject you?" Questions Jin. Max continues to bang against the door."Dude stop you're only going to hurt yourself." Says Cory. "I don't care." Says Max hitting the door again. Shelby walks over to him and places her hand on his shoulder. "Please stop." Says Shelby. Max looks at her then back at the door, letting out a sigh. "Fine..." says Max walking over to us."How can we get out of here?" I ask. "Maybe Jin can use his telekinesis again!" Exclaims Adam. "I'll try but it probably won't work." Says Jin getting up. He walks over to the door and places his hand on the door knob. We all stay silent in anticipation. Jin let's out a sigh and walks back over. "Sorry." He says. "It's okay, it's not like any of us can do it." Says Shelby. Then an idea hits me."So Jin can't use his powers because he drained it from earlier?" I ask. "Yeah." Says Roxy. "And he's the only one with telekinesis to unlock the door." Says Max. "But we can copy powers!" I exclaim. "Isn't that formula thing preventing us from using our powers?" Asks Adam. "It is but mine have been coming back so I don't see why Ty's wouldn't." Says Jess. "Alright then let's do dis!" I say. I close my eyes and open them back up. I look over at Jin and close my eyes again. I feel the power flow through me. I hop up to the door and place my hand on the door knob I sense someone next to me I look to see Autumn in her full Super suit she nods at me and places her hands on mine. I can feel all the little parts inside the lock. Concentrating on move them around until I hear a satisfying click. We take a step back from the door and turn to face everyone. "You did it!" Says Shelby.
Jess's POV
Max immediately darts up and opens the door before running down the hallway. Cory runs and grabs him before he can go very far. "Where are you going?!?" Asks Cory. "Wherever Ross is!" Shouts Max. "We have to be careful." Says Jin."If you aren't then well get caught!" I say. Max quits struggling against Cory. "You have a point." Says Max. "Good now follow me." I say. Max seems very anxious as he looks around. We continue walking down the hallways when Max's eats perk up. "What's up?" Asks Adam. Max doesn't answer and runs off. "Ross!" Autumn says running after max. We all follow them down a bunch of hallways until he slams open a door. Going inside the room we see a bunch of cylinders and in one of them is a passed out Ross. "Ross!" Shouts Max running up to it. Inside of it Ross has on some sort of mask covering his mouth and nose, along with him floating in some blue colored liquid. Ross was in nothing but a pair of shorts and thank god for that. All over his body were a bunch of wires connecting to a bunch of different monitors. "I thought this stuff was only a thing in the movies!" Says Adams. "Apparently not." Says Jin. We all stand frozen in place. Suddenly a vision hits me. "We need to get out of here!" I shout running to the door. Right before I could grab it it slams shut. "What's going on?!?" Asks Roxy. "We're going to be trapped." I answer. Some sort of gas starts to fill the room, knocking us out within seconds.
Cory's POV
I wake up in some sort of cramped space. I look and see wires attached to me. "What's going on!" I shout. I look up and see everyone else is unconscious and inside these weird tubes with wires attached to them as well. The door opens and a lady walks in. "Who are you?" I ask. The woman looks up at me and presses some sort of button. "Repeat what you said." She commands. "Who are you." I repeat through gritted teeth. "You can call me Beta." Answers the woman. "Alright, Beta, why are we here?" I ask. "To be tested on." Answers Beta. "What type of test?" I ask. "For generation 1, number 5, he's having, enhancements." Says Beta pointing to Ross. "What about the rest of us?" I ask. "Generation 2, number 1, is going to have her vital signs checked in case the hybrid genetics malfunction." Says Beta. "Malfunction?" I ask. "Yes, due to her being a new type of hybrid there are many factors, most of which shortening her life by quite a bit." Explains Beta. "Then what does that mean for the rest of us?!?" I ask. "You guys should be okay, well except 5, he's undergoing a new experiment so it's uncertain." Says Beta. I hear a banging noise and look over to see Max slamming against the glass."You monster!" Shouts Max. "Looks like we accidentally left your chamber  available to sounds." Says Beta. "What's that supposed to mean?!?" Asks Max. "Normally we hit a button to make them soundproof, but if course mistakes happen and we forget to." Says Beta. Max only growls at her more. "Let Ross go!" He shouts slamming against the glass. "You are very desperate it seems." Says Beta.
Ross's POV
One moment I remember flying up in the air with that lady for hurting Max. "No Ross don't be like them!" Shouts Max. I look down to see Max is okay. Relief floods through me as I start gliding back down to the ground. The second I land it feels like all the energy is drained out of me. Max and Shelby instantly catch me before I fall over. I feel my wrist be jerked and tugged as I'm pulled off. I half walk half stumble to keep up with the woman since I'm to drained to do anything else. I'm brought inside a room with cylinder chambers of some sort, like what you see in the movies. The lady starts walking off and I feel myself becoming light headed. In an instant I fall over and pass out. I wake up again, but inside a tube, my vision is blue tinted and blurry. Im floating in some sort of liquid. I see the lady reach over and press a button. "So your awake." She says. I shake my head. "Do you feel any different?" Asks the lady. I stay silent. She reaches over and presses something, sending an bolt of electricity through my body. "Now, do you feel any different?" Asks the lady. "Aside from the electricity, I do feel a little strange." I say. "How so?" She asks. "Like some sort of new strength I guess." I say. "Okay." Mutters the woman. She presses another button that instantly makes me feel tired. I quickly fall asleep.
Max's POV
I wake up to see Cory talking to the lady. I start banging on the glass to get her attention. "You monster!" I shout. "Looks like we accidentally left your chamber  available to sounds." She says. "What's that supposed to mean?!?" I ask. "Normally we hit a button to make them soundproof, but if course mistakes happen and we forget to." She explains. I only growls at her. "Let Ross go!" I shout slamming against the glass. "You are very desperate it seems." Says the lady. "What's supposed to happen to Ross Beta?" Asks Cory. "A breakthrough has been made to enhance a hybrids abilities." Says Beta. "Why Ross?" I ask. "The younger the hybrid the higher the success rate." Answers Beta. "Why are you making hybrids?" Asks Cory. "That's classified." Says Beta. I look around and see no one else is awake yet. I see everyone but Roxy. "Where's Roxy?" I ask. "Yeah, where is she?" Asks Cory. "Generation 2, Number 1 has been transported to a different part of the facility to suit her requirements." Explains Beta. I look directly to my right and see Ross in the blue liquid. "Why is Ross in that liquid?" I ask. "That is a specialized formula that can heal injuries up to 200% quicker then the human body, thus Number 5's chance to survive." Answers Beta. "Let us go!" Shouts Cory. "I can't do that." Says Beta reaching over and pressing a button. Cory starts to talk again but I can't hear him. Beta walks over and presses a button on my thing, muting me. She walks over to Ross and presses a button and looking at her watch. Beta looks up and right on cue Ross's eyes slowly open. I see him look around frantically then make eye contact with me. I see Beta speak to Ross and he answers back. She starts taking notes on her clipboard. Quickly I concentrate to see what she's thinking.
"Note to self, Number 5 has acquired a new unconfirmed power."
"New power?" I whisper to myself. Beta presses a button on Ross's chamber and walks out of the room. Ross stares at me.
"What did you hear?"
"She said something about you having a new power."
Ross looks down at his hands clenching them into fist.
"It's really uncomfortable floating in this liquid."
I start to laugh and Ross gives me a pouty face. I look around to see everyone else seems to have woken up. Of course they go into a panic and Cory is trying his best to calm them down.
"Everyone shut up!"
"Who was that talking?"
"I think it was Max."
"Probably."
"Wait now we're all connected!"
"I apparently have a new power."
"Wait who has a new power, everyone sounds the same?"
"Ross has a new power."
"Awesome!"
"I'm assuming that's Adam."
"Yup."
"Guys we need a way out of here!"
"Right right, but how."
"Our best bet would be to wait until the lady slips up, or use telekinesis on something, my future vision can't find any other possibilities."
"And I can't move therefore I can't use my powers."
"But waiting is boring!"
"Well we have to deal with it Adam."
"Shut up Ty."
"How did you know it was me?"
"It's obvious!"
"I'm cutting the link now."
I break the connection between our thoughts and lean against the chamber."Just great, now I have a headache..." I mumble to myself.
