Chapter Ten

PIPER'S POV

Annabeth, Rachel and I scheduled to meet up Monday after school, but the day dragged on and on.

In the first period, I had maths with Frank and Hazel, it was easy enough.
In the second period, I had art, with Leo, it was alright because I don't hate him.
Lunch was normal, the table we got this time, was with Frank, Hazel, Grover, Juniper, Annabeth, Rachel and Thalia. Not too bad.

After that I had social studies with Jason, ugh I hate him so much. But I don't. Uh anyway...
I then had Language Studies, with Annabeth and Percy, but Annabeth and I barely even looked in the general area of where Percy was.

Right now I'm waiting at the big tree, where we all used to meet, I'm reading one of my favourite romances. I haven't seen the boys here in a while so I knew it was unlikely for them to show up. Annabeth had gone to her locker to put away her books, I kept mine in my bag. Soon enough, I saw two heads emerge from the big double doors; one of the golden locks, and the other of red.

When I looked back up from the pages of my book, I saw two panting figures standing before me.

"Change of plans," Annabeth said, in between pants. "We're going to The Juice Bar!"

"Waa-?"

"We'll explain on the way!" Rachel interrupted and before I knew it I was pulled onto a bus and was on my way to a juice bar.

Not long after we were sitting at the bar, ordering our drinks. A lady, around 40-50 yrs old greeted us.

"Hi, I'm Jane Tanaka, the manager here, may I take your orders?"                                                                 "Yeah, We'd have one Tropical Blast, one Berry Blitz, and a Pineapple-Mango Rush. "

Jane seated us and went to prepare our orders. They were given directly to us shortly after.

"So, why am I here?" I said stirring my smoothie (it's weird, they call it 'The Juice Bar' but it only sells smoothies!). "And why did I get this flavour? Pineapple-Mango Rush was a bad idea!"
Annabeth sighed, and then slid her cup to my side of the table and took mine for her.
"Here, have mine, Berry Blitz was too sweet anyway. And never mind about that, we need to focus!"
"On what!?"
"On that." Rachel nodded in the direction of the door. It all looked normal to me, just customers walking through the door, one with his dog, another with her son, and another that was oh! I see it now, Percy just walked in with Drew.

RACHEL'S POV

"On that!" I say. Piper looks up from her new smoothie, it takes her a while to see what's happening.

"Ohh! I see," she says, "Well walk me through what I missed!"

I start off "So I was putting waiting for Annabeth to put her books in her locker when I heard Percy say to Jason, they were walking down the hallway, that his original plans with Drew for Thursday had switched to Monday, we then realised his 'plans' was him meeting up with Drew to have their weekly session or what-ever, under the bleachers."

Annabeth cut in. "So we followed them both all the way to the bleachers and saw that computer nerds had make it into some sort of fort for a real life video game or something. We saw Percy and Jason stop in their tracks when they saw it. After that Jason left, because Drew emerged from the pathway next t them, luckily she didn't see us. But we heard her say that if he had time they could visit the juice bar, and that her Aunt manages the place. She said the'd be granted special access to the V.I.P Lounge, and that they could do what ever they want in there."
