The sun pestered Leah to open her eyes. She rolled over as the previous night's events crawled back into her mind and she quickly sat up.
The night flashed before her eyes and she looked to the door where Maya stood with a big smile on her face and a plate in her hand.
Maya walked into the room and handed the plate to Leah, who sat up and stared at her while taking the plate from her.
"So, how was it?" Maya asked as she took a seat on Jacob's bed.
"Did you move in or something?" Leah asked.
"Leah, I didn't go home last night but don't avoid the question because Jacob is downstairs, smiling like he won a Nobel prize." Maya answered with a smirk.
"You're damn right a he won a Nobel prize. I mean look at me. I'm the hottest girl in the tribe." Leah said as she stared to eat.
Maya laughed.
"So it was that good." Maya said.
She took a deep breath, letting his lingering scent in the room, calm her racing mind for a moment. As she focused she noticed she could hear talking downstairs.
Jacob and Billy.
"You were right he's definitely Billy's son." Leah said.
"I knew it and you're glowing, Leah." Maya said.
"No, I'm not." Leah said.
"Yes, you are and you definitely have the sex hair." Maya said.
"And you smell like Billy." Leah said.
"I'm starting to think that's a permanent thing." Maya said.
"You still smell like you but a little bit more of Billy too. It wasn't as strong before but now it's definitely noticeable." Leah said.
