Once your restraints hit the floor, you hopped out of the chair, lightly rubbing your wrists.
You flinched when more booms were heard coming from outside the building.
"You better getting moving, Sunshine." Dabi whispered, eyes flickering and hovering over your form.
"But what about-" You craned your neck back to try and finish your sentence, but Dabi was still pushing you towards the door to leave.
He raised an arm up to his chest, curling it into a fist before sprawling his fingers out towards where your mom and Genji were still staring each other down.
"Go now, the Heroes are here..." Dabi seethed, eventually squinting when he how you bit your bottom lip and the uneasiness in your eyes because you weren't sure if you should leave your parents behind or not. He sighed before lowering his arm for a second, his turquoise eyes anchored on you. "I'll take care of them."
"Thank you-" You were cut off by the hulky number one Hero, who came crashing through the wall.
You missed the slightest shift of Dabi's expression going from hard to soft when he looked at your back before returning to where your mom, dad, and Genji were.
Wisps of smoke filled the surrounding area from where a hole was created from the outside because of the impact. When it started to clear a bit, you glanced back to where Dabi, your mom, your dad and Genji should have been but saw the door to the room was flung open and they were nowhere to be seen.
You don't know where they went, but you knew they were long gone. You pushed the thought of them to the back of your mind, running towards the fallen figure after hearing him cough a few times. When you neared, you almost tripped because of all the rubble around him but you managed to get to him without falling over.
"All Might?!"
"Young l/n?? Is that you??" He was just starting to get back on his feet.
It seemed like he did not realize the others had been in the room too.
"Are you OK, young l/n??" He immediately brushed off his own injuries, inspecting your form as much as he could. His eyes filled with concern for you when he saw some of the burns on your arms and hands from when you defended yourself from Dabi's attack before in the forest.
"This is nothing. I'll be OK..." You rubbed your arms, stopping to look up at the #1 Hero when only one other person crossed your mind. "But what's going on, where's Katsuki? Is he OK??"
All Might gnashed his teeth, gripping his clenched fists tightly by his side.
"He's still out there with the villains." His face and tone of voice had grown incredibly serious.
