Secrets Never End

Chapter 2

Ang POV

We walked up to Rocky and Brianna's shared apartment. Ross still hasn't told me what was going on with him and Rocky. I'm getting tired of all these secrets, but I'll confront him later I guess. I knocked on the door and soon after, Brianna answered.

"Hey Ang, Ross, and look at little Romeo." I handed him to her and she held him closely. "Gosh, I know I saw him less than 24 hours ago, but I can never stay away from babies that long. You should've seen me when my dad and step mom had my first brother." She laughed.

We all walked in and sat on her couch. "Rocky should be out in a minute. Like all Lynch boys, he just now woke up and its near noon." Me and Bri laughed while Ross just laid back as if he were pretending to be somewhere else. I leaned back and have him the 'Why are you acting like this' look.

Rocky walked in and I felt Ross stiffen up. I looked back and saw Ross glaring at Rocky. Rocky gave back an apologetic look. "Um, hey guys. How've you been?"

I smiled, "Good."

Ross spoke, "I don't know because I found out some interesting news lately."

We all looked at him, "And what was that?" Brianna asked while rocking Romeo gently.

"Well, I heard about this story in the news where this guy was like best friends with his older brother. Well his brother knew everything about him and about all the bad details that had happened. Instead of protecting his little brother, the big brother actually stabbed him in the back, betraying him and he put his little brother's life in danger along with the family."

"Oh, that's just terrible." Brianna said.

"Isn't it?" Ross asked.

"Yea, who would do such a thing?" Bri continued looking at Ross.

"Well, you never know. One day they protect you and they harm you the next." Ross said and I could've sworn he looked at Rocky.

Rocky cleared his throat, "Ross, can I talk to you in the other room?" Ross rolled his eyes before walking into the other room with Rocky. I waited awhile before following them, but I stopped at the door to listen.

"Ross how many times do I have to tell you I'm sorry?"

"Sorry? Oh I guess that's okay because sorry will make Chelsea not know where I live. Sorry will take Ang and Romeo out of danger. Sorry will make all the bad things go away. No, Rocky it doesn't change a thing. Because of you not thinking, Chelsea was at my house and she threatened my family and she freaking kissed me."

Chelsea kissed Ross?

"Well, I didn't know. You did the same thing with Ang. You fell in love with the girl who was meant to kill you. To kill all of us!"
