Jayla and Asia are looking at bridesmaids dresses.
"Girl, I'm excited for you and all but.. you sure you wanna do this?", Jayla asked.
"Why Jayla? ", Asia asked.
"Well... I mean like Josh... is josh. You see the shit he got you into , you see the shit he into. He's controlling", Jayla said.
"It's not Josh fault", Asia disagreed. "And he promised me he wasn't going to be so controlling anymore"
"And you believe him?", Jayla asked.
"Yes", Asia replied.
"Okay", Jayla said. "Whatever"
"Jayla if you gone act like that go", Asia said.
"Really?? You gone do me like that over him?", Jayla said. "The nigga who put his hands on you"
"Don't bring up that shit! It was one time and it was months ago. He apologized and he hasn't done it again", she said.
"Who said he won't do it again?", Jayla asked.
"What is your problem? Why can't you just be happy for me. I finally found somebody who loves me.", Asia said.
"But do you love him?? Asia I see more of a bond between you and Zay than I do you and Josh", Jayla said.
"Why you bringing up Zay. He's my friend, of course we have some sort of bond", Asia said.
"You didn't answer my question", Jayla said.
"Yes! I love him", Asia said.
"Then I guess that's all that matters right?", Jayla said.
"Right", Asia said.
Jayla nods and continues looking at bridesmaids dresses.
Asia begins to think about Jayla and what all she was saying.
"And by the way, he said he was going to do better for himself. Starting off by moving and stop drug dealing", Asia said.
"Moving where?", Jayla asked.
"We haven't decided", Asia said.
"Well different city, state? What?", Jayla asked.
"Jayla I don't know", she said. "It's up to him"
Jayla shakes her head.
"What about our business?", Jayla asked.
"We'll see be working together and I can still come and visit, so we can hang out", she said.
Jayla nodded.
"Every since that night.. he been really really protective over me... I think moving would calm his nerves, so I'm letting him decide.", she said.
"Yea, I understand", Jayla said. "I'm just going to miss you that's all"
Asia smiles. "I'll miss you too hun"

A couple weeks later, Asia decided to get Josh out the house and go out for dinner.
Josh is in the mirror fixing his tie as Asia comes out the bathroom with a long royal blue dress on with a slit at the bottom and her hair back in a slick bun.
Josh sees her through the mirror. "Damn", he said as he turned around.
Asia smiles.
"You're gorgeous", he said.
