Asia, G and Brandon day in the waiting room while Josh was getting surgeries done.
"I ain't never seen Josh like that", G said holing Nicole.
Asia didn't say anything she just looked down at Jakobi.
"Me neither G", Brandon said. "Why they call you G anyway?"
"Cause that's what my name starts with", G said.
Brandon nods.
"I'm about to get something to drink", G said. G got up and walked down the hall to the vending machine.
Brandon looks at Asia. "He'll be alright", he said.
Asia looks at him. "Yea... I know", she said.
Brandon nods and looks around.
"So .. y'all are brothers?", she asked.
"Yea... same dad, different mom", he said.
Asia nods.
When Asia and Brandon were dating he used to always vent about his parents relationship. They used to spend all night talking about it in the car that even fell asleep. Brandon was the first person Asia ever loved and Asia was the first person he ever loved but Asia didn't believe it because he constantly cheated on her and she constantly took him back. But then she decided enough was enough.
"So... how did you a josh start dating?", he asked.
"Met at a store, he got my number and we started talking and now we're married.", she said.
"Married?", he asked.
"Yes, married?", she replied. "You're his brother. How can you not know that"
"Maybe because I wasn't invited", he said. "When last time I spoke to him was his mom's funeral. He didn't even say that he had a girlfriend"
"We weren't together at the time", she said.
"Still didn't tell me about you", he said.
"Why does it matter Brandon?", Asia questioned. "Are you mad or something?"
"Yea.. because he knew how I felt about you and then turn around a couple years later and scoop you up? Now acting like he don't remember", he said.
"Felt about me? You mean a toy you can just run over or a game you cheat on all the time? I'm neither one", she said.
"For the last time. I cheated once. You forgave me the other times were lies", he said.
"It's done and over with now", she said. "End of conversation. We were in high school, it's done and over with."
G comes back and sits down.
Brandon stares at Asia and Asia rolls her eyes.
"what I miss?", G said looking at the two.
"Nothing George", she said.
"George?", Brandon asked.
"Now why you give my government out like that?",G question. "Just disrespectful"
Asia rolled her eyes.
