In the evening Andy and Rye reached at the farm house on Andy's dad's car and Rye was so happy to see the very peaceful atmosphere. The field is so big and a not so very small house in the middle of the greenary.
"Come on Rye" Andy said walking towards the house.
"Where is the ducks, cows and animals?" Rye asked excitedly
"Calm down boy, I will show you. Can I trust you that you wont eat them?" Andy joked looking at Rye who was following him.
"Oh come on Andy, I wont harm them " Rye said frowning
"I was joking" Andy said giggling and he hugged Rye.
They walked together and Andy opened the door with a key from his pocket. The interior was cozy and so pretty, Rye liked it already. They got inside and Andy showed Rye the whole house.
"Its so beautiful, Why dont you all live here? This house is so good" Rye asked
"We used to live here but...I dont know why? You remember when I said Alicia's twin sister died from a snake bite?" Andy asked and Rye nodded with a hum "Yeah, after her funeral we shifted from here. I dont know, something happened I think. Priests and some sort of saints came and told that this place is not good for living. I dont know actually, I was so young"
Rye's head surrounded with doubts and stuffs, his mind was screaming from that day that maybe the little baby had died because of one of them. But he is sure that it isnt his bloodline.
"Wait! The doctor said its something else.....not a snake" Andy said shockily looking at Rye "Was it?"
"I also think so, but Iam pretty sure it isnt my bloodline. We dont....you know a baby its an small weak human.....no we dont" Rye said
Andy just nodded his head smiling. They fell in an silence thinking about it, Rye reading Andy's head which was full of confusion and sadness. Rye pulled Andy in his embrace and whispers sweet things.
"Okay, come on let me show the place" Andy said excitedly
They walked outside the house and Andy lead Rye to the hens and chickens first. Andy take the smallest chicken which just hatched from its egg like 2days ago, he placed the yellow fluffy chicken on Rye big hands.
"Its so small and soft" Rye commented
"Yes it is" Andy said giggling
"Just like you" Rye said looking at Andy who blushed at this.
"I dont know if I should embarassed or kick you to call me small" Andy said glaring at Rye.
"But you are small" Rye said
"Iam just short!" Andy shouted
"Short and small is kind of similar babe" Rye said smirking as he hide his giggles.
"No! It isnt!" Andy defended making Rye to laugh.
Then Andy leads Rye to another sections of animals. Rye wasnt fond with cows, he felt annoyed at it but he loved the small white and black goats. There were pigs and Rye liked the little pink pigs who snorted at him.
"Whats there?" Rye asked pointing to another house at the corner of the field.
"Oh, its the bale store shed. You know the bundle of hays? The dried grasses after yielding a crop is bundled up and put it safely there not to get any moisture" Andy said
"Oh, What do you do with the hays?" Rye asked
"Cows and goats eat them. And the hays arent ours, we dont have field of wheat or rice. We bought the hays" Andy said
