Untitled Part 25

I sat on the bus as I texted Stephen, Hosuh. Though it would have been simpler if we just texted in a group chat instead of private chats, it was still fun. 

Jessica sat next to me as she scrolled through her phone. 

"Are you excited?" She asked. 

"Yeah... nervous but excited." I smiled. 

Today was the first rehearsal of Hamilton. How did I manage to get the role as Eliza? It's because of the amazing gal pal sitting next to me, and my other friends amazing support!

God that was cheesy... but it was true. 

Stephen: Hey, I got to go. Recess is about to be over and I got to get ready for the next lessons.

Me: Oh alrighty! Bye!

Hosuh: So I was thinking, maybe we should all meet up sometime before I go to the military. Maybe around winter so for everyone who is a student could get some time off?

Me: That sounds great! We will all have to discuss together on when we are gonna meet up. I could even try to fly to your house this weekend if rehearsals go good and we get time off.

Hosuh: Yay! Also good luck with your rehearsals, you'll do amazing!

Me: Awww thanks Hos!!! 

The bus came to a stop. Jess and I got out and walked away from the stop. 

"We have some time before rehearsals, want to stop by a near-by cafe before?" She asked. 

"Sure," I said. 

We arrived at the cafe. 

"Here, you can sit down and I'll order us something," Jess smiled. I nodded and stepped away and looked around. 

It was fairly empty. Maybe five or six others were in here besides me, Jess, and the three workers. Most of the seating was empty as expected. 

I walked over and sat down at a small table with only two chairs near a window. 

I heard the door swing open again. Though I ignored it as I pulled my phone out and scrolled through social media.

"Oh my gosh it's her!" a female voice squealed. I turned around slightly confused to see a middle school girl, probably 8th grade, tugging at who I assumed to be her mom's jacket. The mom didn't seem so amused though, she just seemed exhausted. 

Jessica turned around to see the girl. 

"You're Jessica right? The one who played Heather Duke in Marshaleans production of it right?!" The girl squealed. 

Jessica looked taken back and slightly scared, but it seemed to switch so fast into a happy person who seems to get this a lot. 

"Yeah, I am," she smiled at the girl. 

The small girl looked shocked and so excited. 

"I'm a huge fan! You're so good, you need to go to Broadway!"

Jessica laughed. "I'm not Broadway material yet, but I'm definitely working towards it!"  

I realized that I was now completely turned around and fully listening in. I looked over and saw everyone else was trying to listen without making it obvious, but slightly failing at it. 

"I'm sorry, she's a huge fan of musicals. Sadie, you shouldn't bother her!" The mom sighed. 

"No no no, she's fine! She's not bothering me at all and I'm not in a rush at all. Plus I can tell by her reaction she's a fangirl... takes one to know one!" Jessica said in a panicky tone. 

"Are you going to be doing anymore musicals soon?" Sadie asked. 

"Actually I'm going to my first rehearsal after I leave here with that girl who's sitting over there." She pointed over towards me. 

The girl and her mother looked over, then suddenly the girl's face went even brighter. The mom looked even more done with me then ever. 

"You're Y/n! From Y/t/c aren't you!" She squealed. 

I was taken back but I smiled. 

"Yeah I am." 

Timeskip cause why not

"So you guy's ready for a small little twist in this version of Hamilton?" The director, who's name was Cody, said in a happy tone. 

"So as much as I love the original version, I kicking some songs out and replacing them with others, specifically;  Burn and replacing it with First Burn cause I have a perfect idea for it, and Reynolds Pamphlet with Congratulations cause you know what that songs is a mother fucking bop. And I get the vibes that these girls who play the Schuyler Sisters will be able to throw the best fucking performance ever, surpassing even Lin's version just because they are that good!" Cody said. 

"No pressure huh?" I mumbled. 

"Hey at least we get stuck with the best songs on the playlist." Jessica smiled. 

"Ok! Let's get started from the beginning! Hamilton and everyone else, to your places!"

I'm going to be making another Danplan x reader book, but it's more of a Stephen x reader x Jay book. 

If you want to have a quick summary of the new book: it's inspired off of the book "The Host" by Stephanie Meyer (is that how you spell her name?), the song Enchanted by Taylor Swift, my history class, and my favorite time period in history + present day.

I've been planning on writing this story for a while, so hopefully I can get it out soon. And don't worry, I'm still going to be updating this book as well as for it being my favorite book I've ever written cause all of you guys keep commenting and voting, and you guys keep giving me suggestions for future chapters. This isn't just my book anymore, it's also your guy's! 

God that got cheesy. But it's true.
