How did Jessica do that?

Thank you guys for commenting your guys opinion on the story and how it should continue.
I swear it's almost 50/50 with you guys and wether I should keep it like how it is or add the drama in.
I uploaded another chapter but it was put in before the last a/n so be sure to check it out before if you guys want.

I sat down animating.

I hadn't uploaded an animation on my channel in a while, since before I went to visit Dan. So I clearly needed to do it.

My phone started buzzing. I looked over to see it was Jessica calling, I quickly answered.

"Hey what's up?" I said as I put her on speaker.

"Hey quick question? Are you still into theater?" She asked quickly.

"Uhhh, kinda? I haven't done it since highschool though..."

"Good! Cause I may or may not have gotten us both an audition for a role of a flipping life time!" She squealed.

I went silent.

How does one accidentally do that???

"You there?" Jess asked quietly.

"How did you do that? And what role?" I said.

"So I'm auditioning for Regina, and when I'm leaving, I just so happen to find myself talking to this person right? He's like super cute and obviously since I'm now single..."

"You are the most unbelievable person ever..." I said with no emotion in my voice.

"I can't be single! You live like thirty minutes from me, I can't keep taking a bus to your house whenever I need affection! At least if I had a boyfriend then he like has to legally give me affection!"

I groaned.

"Ok ok ok! So back to the story! So I'm talking to this cute as guy. And I point out that I'm an actor, so we talk about my roles and my dream roles!"

"He sounds like a catch..." I sighed. I was just curious on how she got me into this.

"So I bring up you and how you and I used to do theatre and we always were the best actors in the whole production when we were acting together! Cause you know, gotta be honest... so he's like 'does she still act?' And I'm all like 'hell yes she does! Check out her channel!' So I show him and he's clearly impressed with everything!"

"You don't just tell a stranger that..." I pointed out.

"Shush. So then what happens is that he sees the video of when you and I did those covers of Hamilton right!"

I cringed at the memory of those damn covers.

"Then he looks at me and he's like 'yo, I'm currently actually putting on my own production of Hamilton here, do you and your friend want to audition?' So without thinking I'm instantly like 'hell yes!"

I remained silent. Processing everything she had said. How does this girl do this stuff?

"I'm auditioning for Angelica, you should audition for Eliza!" She squealed.

"I haven't done theatre since highschool... and I suck at singing," I pointed out.

"I can give you lessons! Please! It's good for you anyways, you've been complaining about needing a hobby. Well guess what! Baddy bing baddy boom, HOBBY!" She begged.

I burst into laughter at the last part

"Fine, I'll do it," I laughed.

"YES, I'LL START YOUR LESSONS SOON AS I GET TO YOUR HOUSE! I'LL BRING FOOD TO!" She squealed then she quickly hung up.

I sat in silence, still processing what she had said.

"At least I get free food out of it I guess..." I mumbled. Then I turned my attention back to my screen and continued animating.
