Leaving for a bit

"Okay, but maybe we could hang out agai- why is she here!" A girls voice snapped as the front door opened. 

"I told you I was staying with her..." Jack said. 

I turned over to see Jasmine. She dug daggers into me as she glared at me. 

"Did you get all the feathers off?" I asked casually. She scoffed a bit and turned towards Jack.

"Well, I gotta go. But we should hang out again soon..." She said in a seductive voice. I rolled my eyes and flipped through channels on my tv. 

"Uhh, sure..." Jack said. I heard the door close. "What did you do to her?" Jack asked more sternly.

"Nothing she didn't deserve." I said.

Jack walked over and sat down.

"She told me what you and your friends did..." He said. Crap, he sounded pissed.

I turned towards him and looked at Jack.

"What did we do? Tell me exactly what she said!" I snapped.

"She said she was just hanging out with a friend and-"

"There we go! She's lying already!" I yelled.

"Well how could I believe you! You used to tell me a bunch of lies when-"

"WHAT?!" I jumped up. "I only told you the damn truth Jack, I told you when Jasmine was cheating on you with like three other guys and she lied and you believed her!"

The two of us went into a large argument for what seemed like forever.

"I'm done Jack, I actually thought you would have opened your eyes by now..." I said as I walked away.

"I thought you would have grown up by now, I guess we were both wrong..."

I paused for a second. Without thinking, I grabbed a mug from the counter and chucked it at him. He quickly dunked, causing the mug to fly past him and shatter against the wall.

"Shut the hell up right now Jack! I never asked for you to come to my house! I just accepted it, but if you are going to hang out with her while you are here, you can stay somewhere else!" I yelled. Then I grabbed my keys and stormed out of my house. I jumped into my car and started driving away while pulling out my phone and purchasing plane tickets. I was pissed off, and I needed someone besides Mom or Jack around.

I quickly dialed someone's phone number.

"Hello?" A voice came out.

"Hey, I'm coming over for a visit." I said.

"Huh?! When?!"

"I'm leaving today, but if you don't want me I could just go stay at-"

"No no no! I'm fine with you coming over! I can pick you up from the airport if you want me too."

"Thanks... " I smiled slightly. 

A/n: I believe this is the shortest chapter I've published on this book, if not then at all (not counting the author notes).
