Hey, long time no see lovelies!! I'm sorry I had you guys waiting so long for an update. Well now that we're on school holidays early I should be updating more frequently. For those of you who are quarantining- well hopefully this keeps your entertained. (Credit to Axwell and Ingrosso for the song More Than You Know Lyrics.) Next chapter will have all the fun stuff, this is more of a fill in but it does have an important part.

Sitting against the bathroom door with my world crashing down- what I had said to Camila obviously affected everyone; especially Shawn who finally saw the real me. A long, awaited sigh drifted out of my mouth as I trudged towards the bathroom sink. I stared into the mirror, looking at the girl who had done so much wrong a little right. Disgust, embarrassment, humiliation and regret consumed me as my eyes met the girls who I didn't know anymore in the mirror. Finally I stepped into the shower, allowing the cool water to flow over my body; washing away all my feelings and the memories about what had just happened. I let the water clear my mind- make me be free of any worries.
I traced my hands, loathed with soap, gently along my skin while inhaling the scent of Vanilla it radiated. My eyes sewed shut as I washed myself down in what seemed like slow motion. I carried my hands to my hair and scrubbed the roots of it with coconut conditioner. The world felt so peaceful in this moment and the scent of the shower had released tension from my body. Reluctantly, I placed my hand on the cold water tap and slowly turned it until there were only a few drips of water left.
I grabbed my towel off the rack and dried myself down before briefly drying my hair with the hair dryer. I combed my hair through with a brush, letting it hand effortlessly down my back. A little deodorant didn't hurt and neither did a splash of perfume. Eventually I walked out of the bathroom and into my room, closing my bedroom door behind me.
I walked over to the closet and pulled out a cropped singlet and ripped denim jeans. The weather was still a mix of autumn so I decided jeans would keep me warm at least. Nothing to much, nothing to little. I pulled on some black socks and high top converse before looking myself up and down in the mirror attached to my closet. Was I satisfied? No, I don't think I ever would be.
Just at that moment I heard a soft knock against my door before it creaked open. My body stayed standing still and looking in the mirror, with so many yet so little thoughts. I didn't know at all who is was, I was to afraid to look at see. To afraid to be judged of how I'd reacted.
"Dell." The voice spoke and I instantly recognised it; Noah. My heart sunk a little when I realised it wasn't Shawn. I stayed staring into the mirror until his figure came into view. I glanced at him through the mirror.
"Whats going on?" He asked softly while staring at me through the mirror. I sighed yet again and turned around to face him. Genuine care was plastered across his face which eased me a bit.
"I-I don't know. E-everything lately has just been to much." Tears began to pour from my eyes and my knees buckled. My body began to fall but Noah rushed towards me and caught me. He wrapped me in his tight embrace and shushed me sweetly, while telling me not to cry. Gently, his hands stroked my hair. I buried my head in the crook of his neck and sobbed uncontrollably.
