17: So wrong

HELLO LOVELIES!! I'm feeling pumped today and I've got a rush of adrenaline because its raining!! I love the rain so much, you don't even know. Actually that rush of adrenaline is now gone because this guy who I've been close friends with for years confessed that he likes me and well I had to put him in the friend zone because my heart belongs to someone else. I feel so bad, like I'm the worst person in the world for hurting him.

Also last night I watched Peter Pan and man I got hit with so much childhood nostalgia. I know for a teenager it seems weird that I still watch it but Peter Pan was the first Disney movie I ever watched and its still my favourite to this day. Always has been always will be.

Just a quick story time from when I was around six; I used to leave coins outside my house on in the garden and on the driveway so at night Peter would find them and take me to Neverland. He never showed up but I also never stopped believing that one day he'd take me away. Anyways enough of me babbling on about memories from the past *sheds tears*.

Sorry to bother you again but you should definitely read Anne Frank's diary, its the most inspirational, moving, emotional life changing diary ever. Honestly its one of the best pieces of work I have ever read.

"Damn girl! I can't believe you didn't say that you had your eyes on someone." Leo teased while nudging his shoulder against mine.

"Shut up Leo!" I snapped out of embarrassment.

"I'm only kidding little one, don't grow up to fast." He says with a warming smile.

"Oh I promise I won't." I reassured him as we all walked out of my house.

Shawn and Camila were walking to the far left side of all of us, talking and keeping to themselves. Noah, Clayton and Aria were chatting happily amongst each other beside Leo and I. I'll admit seeing Shawn and Camila so engrossed in each other wasn't my favourite thing but what could I do? Shawn himself admitted he liked Camila, I just had to move on.

"What's on your mind?" Leo speculated as he caught me daydreaming.

I looked up at him and anxiously furrowed my eyebrows. "Oh me? Nothing. Just taking in everything and appreciating that I have the best friends in the world."

Leo gave me a grin and wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me close as we walked down the street to the nearest dinner.

Shawn's P.O.V.

"Maybe I did have the song dedicated to someone in particular."

The words left her lips as if they carried a strong meaning. Her deep green, gorgeous eyes stared intensely but softly into my very own. Those cute, little dimples I adored ever so much appeared in cheeks and a tiny small formed on her lips. My heart stopped dead in its tracked as those words left her mouth. I don't know why- it just did.

"So who do you think Delané has her eyes on Shawn?" Camila questioned as I kept sending multiple glances towards Lané who has Leo's arms around her shoulders. How I ached for me to the one standing beside her, holding onto her forever. She looked perfect and the morning sunlight was focused exactly on her- bringing out her perfection even more. Her skin glowed and her wavy chocolate locks floated in a river down her back.
