Chapter 29

(John's pov)

I knocked on Craig's door and opened it slowly.

I was met with him on his phone, looking suprisingly happy.

"Hey John!" He tells me without even looking in my direction.

"You seem...better. Anything good happen?" I ask him suspiciously.

He makes eye contact with me, "Yea, I just started talking to this girl who goes to our school, she goes by Sami."

I let out a sigh of relief. "Good, because I can't stand seeing you act like shit any longer."

He rolls his eyes.

"What's this Sami girl like?" I ask.

"Well, I don't know much about her yet, but she's really funny. And we have a date later this week!" He exclaims.

I chuckle, "Calm yourself. I'm glad you're recovering well, hope you two make it work." I wink.

He just laughs, "I'll see you at school tomorrow." Craig tells me as he pushes me out of his room.

Well, I guess Craig fixed himself.

As I walked downstairs, his mother walked up to me, nervously.

"Did you fix him?" She asks with wide eyes.

I chuckle, "He seems to have fixed himself."

She looks suprised, but asks no questions. "Oh how lovely, I have my Craig back!" She yells as she runs up to her son's room.

Well that's one problem solved, now I just gotta keep watch on Jaren, he's definitely suspicious of me. He suspects I have something to do with Tyler and Craig's beak up, but when he sees how much better Craig is, he'll forgot all about it.

I walk outside to my bike and start to drive home until my mom texts me, asking me to bring something home for dinner.

I turn around and head to the closest restaurant, Bojangles.

When I walk in, I see my friend Fitz, and this other guy who I don't recognize. I try not to make eye contact with them but Fitz spots me and gestures me over.

"Hiya Johnny boy." He says, the other guy just politely waves.

"Hey, who's this." I ask, pointing to the other man at the table.

"I'm Toby." He says. I wave in return.

"Hey John can you do me a favor and not tell any of the guys about Toby, I'm trying to hide him before those animals get ahold of him."

I chuckle, "Sure, are you guys dating or something?"

He smiles proudly, "Yup, but like I said, nobody can know." He says the last part seriously.

I nod and leave them, making my way to the ordering counter.

After I grab some food, I bike back home.

A/N- oi! It's been a while, hm. Also, I know that Mini and Sami broke up but I had this planned before that, so I'm sticking to it. I've had a crazy few weeks. I went to New York for my Birthday (Jan 21st) and saw a bunch of cool crap, I'm also getting back in touch with my ex/best friend, so that's nice.
