No Surrender

Alaska crossed her arms as she tapped her foot against the ground impatiently, watching over the two friends she had made as they prepared for their training session to come.
"Jesus Alaska, stop shaking! You're going to cause an earthquake" Jenn remarked as she glanced up at the brunette after adjusting her skates, noticing the hassled look that hid behind her bitten lip and frantically darting gaze. Alaska was understandably upset, it was clear to the skater, but it was also clear that stressing out over things you have no control over is pointless, and Jenn knew it would only harm the brunette later on.
"Is he always like this? Late to his sessions"? Alaska posed a question as she extended her body and lifted her chin in an attempt to track her partner down, before surrendering into the ruthless reality and averting her attention to the two girls that sat on the bench in front of her. She let out a deep sigh in an attempt to compose herself, feeling undeniably furious at the blond for standing her up.
"Pretty much" Jenn shrugged her shoulders, as though the information was nothing but an attribute of Justin's everyone at the rink had grown accustomed to. Alaska couldn't help but shake her head, wondering how Dasha, who terrified even her rebellious self, managed to stay civil with him.
"He was probably busy partying last night" Kat let out a sigh of disappointment, feeling empathy for the girl that stood anxiously in front of her, the idea of skating with Justin seeming utterly miserable to her.
"In the middle of the week? Un-fucking-believable" Alaska massaged her forehead as she let a groan out. She hardly knew how to behave in such a situation, seeing as her previous partner was always on time, but one thing she knew for sure, she would not let it happen again, she would not be treated as though she's nothing but an accessory meant to follow the blond wherever he went or wait for him to arrive, there was more to her worth, and she would show him, she would make him regret he ever decided to go against her.
"Speak of the sexy devil" Jenn smirked as she fixated her gaze on the entrance, following the blond as he entered the building nonchalantly, as though he wasn't late, but rather, the whole world was waiting for him in order to begin.
"Cover for me if I murder him" Alaska tapped Kat's shoulder, before marching towards Justin, who gave her a smirk of recognition, his eyes seemingly tired from the night of partying he must have had.
"Oh Justin! Didn't expect to see you here"! Alaska grinned artificially, almost as though she was attempting to control all the fury she felt. She couldn't help but clench her jaw and grit her teeth as her seemingly perfect grin turned to one of agitation "Where the fuck were you"?
"I was-" Justin began, before pausing to let out a yawn, and perhaps think of a suitable excuse "Busy".
"Busy doing what"? Alaska inquired further "Or shall I say, who"? She huffed at him at the thought of all he must have been up to the previous night, before gagging at the thoughts that overwhelmed her mind "You know what, I don't want to know the details, just don't be fucking late again, capiche"?
"Okay" Justin shrugged off apathetically, signaling to the brunette that he didn't really care, as he brushed his shoulder against hers and moved past her towards the changing rooms, an action that infuriated her even further, for she had a feeling he wouldn't listen.
