Final Chapter

I ran up to Peter when I saw him walk through the Compound doors. I gave him a hug and wrapped my legs around his waist.

"What's going on and why are you so sweaty? Gross." He said,

"I," I emphasized, "Was training. Then Nick Fury caught me and said I wasn't a real avenger. So he made me fight the guy with the metal arm. Bucky."

"That metal arm is awesome." Peter said,

"And I won! I pinned him down and now I'm just to wait for results!" I said happily,

"Great. Now tell me why you left so early."

"What?"

"Chloe, Aunt May said you left at 7am. You left without me. Why?"

"Pete, I had things on my mind. You know this type of stuff calms me down." I said, "Besides I didn't want to wake you up. You were fine being asleep. You don't have to guide me everywhere I can get to places on my own."

"I was just worried, ok. I heard some type of screaming last night I don't know where it came from but I just want you safe."

My body stiffened when he mentioned screaming. My expression changed but I continued acting.

"You don't have to keep me safe. I'm fine. I fought Russians. I'm an assassin. I'm a big tough girl." I said lifting up my arm and flexing.

"That's actually very impressive." He said referring to my muscles,

"Thank you. Now let's go get food." I pulled his arm and went down the street to Delmar's.

"Hola, Señor Delmar." I said, while still pulling Peter in,

"Hola, Chole. I see you're learning Spanish."

"Si." I said,

"Supongo que eso significa que Peter es tu novio entonces?" Mr. Delmar said,

Peter's expression changed to a surprised on.

"Si?" I said,

Peter looked at me with a scared look on his face as Mr. Delmar laughed.

"I don't know what you said. I didn't get that far. But you know the order." I said,

"Yes I do."

The Man behind him handed him our sandwiches Mr. Delmar handed them to us.

I paid, said thank you, and pulled Peter to the bench we usually sit on when eating Delmar's sandwiches.

"Text Ned and MJ. Tell them to meet us here." I told Peter,

"Ok."

He pulled out his phone and did as I asked,

Moments later Ned and MJ arrive with their own sandwiches and sat down next to Peter.

"Hey guys!" I said,

"Hey." Ned and MJ said in unison,

I started dancing and humming they all awkwardly started at me from the bench and I laughed,

"She's had a song stuck in her head for a while now." Peter explained,

Oh's left their mouths and they took a bite of their sandwich.

"Come on! Dance with me!"

"We don't even know the song." Ned said,

"You don't need music to dance. Just listen to my humming." I said while grabbing MJ's hands.

I twirled her around and dipped her and laughed,

Ned and Peter started dancing with each other as well. Though theirs was a lot more weirder than ours.

They were booty bumping.

MJ and I looked at each other and laughed.

"They're so stupid." She whispered,

"I know." I said laughing with her,

We joined in on their booty bumping and had a great time on the sidewalk of Queens.
