"Chole!" Someone called out to me.

I looked around and saw Peter walking towards me with a smile on his face.

Since I was a little bit too excited I got my bags and ran up to him.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist. I closed my eyes being happy to feel his embrace around me.

"I missed you so much." I whispered.

"Me too." He said.

Before letting go he lifted me up a bit causing me to open my eyes and laugh at his action.

Peter's eyes went from my face to my chest.

I remembered what I was wearing and pulled the zipper while looking at everything but Peter.

Peter nervously chuckled once my eyes met his.

"So how's everything been?" I asked slowly as we started to walk to the main entrance.

"Could be better." He said.

"What made it not better?" I asked. Curious for my previous question: Is Peter Parker really Spider-Man?

"Well, for starters, my uh," He started to say as he let his head hang to the floor.

"Peter?" I said trying to bring him back. "What is it?"

"My mentor died." He said finally looking up at me.

"Oh. Oh, Peter. I'm so sorry." I said putting my hand on his back.

"It's fine. I'm fine." He said as we walked out of the airport. I saw a tear roll down his cheek.

"Are you sure? You seem pretty beat up about it." I said.

"Yeah. I promise. It's just," He started. "Maybe if I was good enough, he'd still be ali-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence." I said cutting him off. "Peter, you are good enough. Everyone knows it. Who even made you believe you weren't?" I asked.

"It's a long story." He said with a light chuckle.

"We got time." I said.

"Well. I mean I guess I could tell you."

"Tell me what?" I asked.

"I- I'm Spider-Man."

There is was. My answer. One of the main reasons I came. Peter Parker is Spider-Man.

"Y- yeah I saw that on the news. I was gonna ask for confirmation when I came in just didn't know how." I said.

"I didn't do those things. I didn't use those drones. It wasn't me." He said. "I would never want to kill Europe. I mean I'm Spider-Man. I save people. It's my job. I don't know why he would say that. Why he would do that."

"Who's he, Peter?" I asked softly.

"Quentin Beck. Mysterio." He said looking ahead.

"Wasn't he on your side." I asked.

"Apparently not if he just turned the whole world against me." He answered.

"How do we get their trust back?" I asked

"I don't know. But I'm going to fight for them." Peter said as walked into his apartment building.

We walked in and up the stairs in silence. Once we reached his apartment he put the key in while hold his finger to his lips. A signal to tell me to stay quiet.

We silently walked in and we walked over to Peter's room.

"Where were you?" Asked a voice.

We stopped in our tracks and slowly turned out to face Aunt May.

"Hey, Aunt May. Chloe came and she asked me to pick her up." He said with his voice pretty shaken up.

"Hey, May." I said with a little wave.

"Hi, Chloe. How was your flight?"

"Good. I slept the entire time."

"Well that's good. Peter, next time you go out at 4AM, please let me know. I was very worried."

"I will. Love you." Said Peter

"Goodnight, guys." May said

"Night, May." I said finishing the trend.

Peter and I continued our journey to his room.

"Uh. I could sleep on the floor." I suggested.

"No no. I'll take the floor. You have the bed." Peter said.

"Ok."

I went to the bathroom to change into my pajamas. I took out and old tank top and a pair of shorts to put on.

Once I was finished I walked out of the bathroom and back into Peter's room.

"Also if you need any extra pajamas sometime, i don't know about May but my clothes are always free." Peter said.

"Thanks." I said as I settled into his bed.

"Goodnight, Peter."

"Goodnight, Chole."
