It's already 11:00 pm and I was just scrolling down when my friend's face pop up on my screen.
"You busy, Kyl?"
And I received a message again from our group chat.
"You guys are busy?" okay, what's wrong?
"Nope, why?" I replied on our group chat.
"Pm na lang, Kyl." she replied.
"Any problem, Tyra?" I asked.
"Pwede ka pang lumabas? I mean, can you come with me?"
I stayed froze for awhike to think because it's late already. But, I think I can sneak out of this house.
"Sure, give me a minute." I replied and prepare myself to sneak out.
"Woo!" I sighed after I got out from our house.
"Ginagawa mo?"
"Mommy!" I shouted because of this Tyra's action.
"Bakit ba kasi dahan dahan ka pa kung lumabas?" she asked, happily.
"Happy? Ginulat mo ko." I sarcastically said. "What's your problem ba kasi? Bakit natripan mong lumabas ng ganitong oras?"
"I just want someone to talk with and luckily you're free."
"Who's free? Hindi no, kaya nga ako dahan dahang lumabas dahil bawal ako kaya, kapag papasok ulit ako dyan, dahan dahan na naman ako." I said to her but she surprisingly hugged me.
"Thank you." she said out of nowhere. "Everyone is busy and you're the only who replied to me, and I know that you always will kasi sa ating lahat, ikaw ang matatakbuhan namin sa lahat ng oras."
"I mean, kahit busy ka, hindi ka nagdadalawang isip na puntahan kami kahit puro ka reklamo kasi nga busy ka pero you always ends up hugging us and comforting us."
"Thank you for being there for us anytime we need you the most."
"Happy birthday, Kyl!" I heard from somewhere and I saw them.
"Thank you for hugging me everytime you felt that I badly need it and tell me that everything is gonna be alright and you're always there for me." Yana said.
"Thank you for always telling me to fight kasi sabi mo hindi naman ibibigay ni Lord yung problem na yun kung hindi natin kayang labanan. Thank you for giving me some pieces of advice." Ivan said.
"Thank you f-------"
I just woke up from my dream that I hope it's real. I took my phone and check the time, it's 1:00 am.
"Bakit ba ako laging nagigising ng ganitong oras? Malungkot na naman."
I opened my phone and leave a message to our group chat.
"You guys still up?" I sent and they just seen it. I fake a laugh.
I messaged Tyra. "Still up?" I sent.
"Yeah but, I'm busy." she replied.
"Oh, sorry." I replied.
I hope what I've dream was true I mean-- half of there was true because yeah, I'm always there for them but in reality, they're not thankful.
