Invisible scars

You know how hard I prayed and worked
To have confidence and
To love myself
And so you promised to love me endlessly
But how does it end to this
How does this end to you asking for forgiveness
And to me who can't bring myself to forgive you
For I can't love you anymore
For I can't even love myself anymore
The desperate prayers
And hard work
Everything vanish
And you took me to where I was before
