Colors of pain

"She said"

She said it was okay with a straight and cold face
So they leave her alone like they usually do
Little did they know she's shouting
"I'm not fine" on the inside
But how can she open up
When her fear of being neglected
Is bigger than her courage
When her insecurities is bigger than her confidence
Will she survive all of these alone?
Or will she give up like what others do?
I badly want to know
Because I want know
How would I end up in the end
