Everyone quickly runs from their individual bikes, and run to the old, broken down house.

"Bill!" Each one screams as the boy stops upon hearing his friends. Bill turns around, to the seven kids, looking up to him with worry.

"L-Listen, y-you don't have to come with me," Bills voice wavering, and sincere as he speaks to his friends.  "b-but what happens if another G-Georgie, or Betty, or one of us go missing? Are you just gonna pretend it's not happening, like everyone else in this town?" He pleads to the group of teens, voice breaking, and full of emotion.

"I walk into my house, I see his toys, his clothes, his bedroom. I see everything except Georgie. So walking into this house, is easier than walking into my own," Kelsey stands biting a necklace that hangs around her neck, the image of her brother coming into her mind. The hurt and pain, he must be feeling, she can only get a glimpse of it.

"Wow, he didn't stutter once," Richie mentions beside the girl, taking her hand one by one each kid begins to walk closer to brown and back, broken down house. Another hand reaches for her other wrist, making her Richie stop, from the abrupt jolt of the surprisingly strong hand.

"Sh-shouldn't we have a couple people keep watch?" Stanley's eyes seem to be pouring into her brown ones.

Understanding his fear, she nods , agreeing with him, "Y-yeah he's right, you know nine-one-one purposes, always good," she smiles pulling her hand away from the black haired boy, as she goes to the side. Over grown grass, and twigs litter the side of the cement pathway, ripping a couple off before she comes back to the group.

"I feel like everyone probable beside Bill and Bev, want to stay out here. Everyone will draw straws, three shortest goes in with Bill, the other four stays out here," she instructs with a smile, adjusting them all to the same height, gesturing them out to everyone besides Bill. Everyone takes one, starting with Beverly, ending with her, as she takes the last one in her hand.

To her surprise she got the longest one meaning she was safe. "Shit," a small almost whisper comes from the other side of her. Looking up to scared face of Stanley Uris, pure and undeniable fear, pours out of his very being. The sight made her heart ache for the boy, she had seen grow up. Looking around the other two people who got the shortest ones are Richie and Eddie, both sharing their own looks of discomfort.

A soft smile feel over her lips, as she reaches for Stanley's hand, trading the two straws. Taking his short piece into her hand as she pushes her long one into his hand.

"No, Kelsey you can't go in there. Are you trying to get drugged?" Richie accuses beside her, taking, what is now her piece, away from the girl.

"Y-yeah, I-I can d-do it," Stanley squeaks, gesturing her straw back to her.

"Stan you're stuttering worse than I or Bill does. Plus I couldn't live with myself if you got hurt," She spoke her mind, being completely honest with her words.

"I don't care, I said stop playing hero!" Richie's voice strong, as he threw the straw into the ground, startling everyone.

A sad smile falls over Kelsey's face as she smiles to the younger boy. "I'm not, I don't want him to go in there, and you'll be there, Bill and Eddie, and and I trust you all to not let me drugged," she ends with a soft giggle. Richie's angry face softens, hearing she trusts him, taking her small hand, as the four of them begin to walk into the old house.

The four opens the door, a large scent of old, and rot fills their noses. The other half of the group, watches anxiously as they disappear inside the old house. A wave of guilt and worry, floods Stanley, knowing he if anything happened to Kelsey it is his fault.

The house is old in every way the four could think of. Webs filling the empty spaces, plants growing out of the open crevasses.

"You guys are so lucky we weren't measuring dicks," Richie comments as they all walk around cautiously, his hand gripped onto the girl's tight.

Kelsey scoffs, looking at her new boyfriend, "Then you'd definitely be the first one in," The two separates as he walks away from the girl, pretending to offended. The pink haired girl getting closer to Eddie, who's covering his nose.

"Gah, it reeks," Eddie groans, not being able to get away from the stench.

"Don't breath through your mouth," Richie retorts as he walks into another room away from the original group.

"Why?" Eddie questions back.

"Cause then you're eating it," the couple answers together.

"Guys!" The fanny wearing boy shrieks, pulling out his inhaler, taking deep breathes. Felling bad the girl rubs his back, trying to help him regain his breath.

"What?" Bill asks looking over to the boy who had wondered off om the group. As the boy holds a large paper in his hands. The three walk closer noticing the uneasy look he holds on his face.

"I-It says I-I'm missing," Richie answers barely at a whisper. "Town of Derry, that's my name, th- that's my face, that's the date!" He screeches, Bill rips the paper out of his hands grabbing the smaller boy by the shoulders, shaking him.

"I-It's just playing tricks on you!" Bill tries to convince him.

"What the fuck, am I missing!" The boy screams again, not listening.

"Y-you're not missing Richie!" Bill pleads trying to convince him again.

Richie continues to resist Bill's words. Looking at everything in a panic, Kelsey storms to the glasses wearing boy. Spinning him around away from Bill so she's looking at him eye to eye, grasping his shoulders tightly, it might leave red spots for a while.

"Richard Tozier, you are not missing. You are here with me, Bill, and Eddie, and not one of us are gonna let that shit come to life," Her usual soft and gently voice, sounded determined, and unwavering. The boy looked deep into her brown orbs, fear still resident in his eyes. Pulling her arms from the boy's shoulder, and to the back of his head, gently pressing a kiss onto him.

The two other boy's eyes widen as they watch the couple make such a bold move. Surprised also not knowing that the two were even a couple. The two pull away, looking deep into each other's eyes almost having a secret conversation of their own.

"Hello?" A voice pulls everyone out of the situation. Each of their bodies going stiff, Richie pulling Kelsey close to his body, as they all go to investigate the disembodied voice. Richie holding the girl's hand as he follows Bill up the staircase. Everyone deathly quiet, as they all trudge up the stairs, Kelsey reaching behind her grabbing Eddie's shirt, not wanting them to get separated, in this old, real life haunted house.

Going to a landing, a long and dark hallway leading to open doored room. A head lay on the ground, looking tired, and weak. "I-Is that," Kelsey gets cut off.

"Betty," as if on cue the girl turns her head, looking straight to the four kids.

"K-Kelsey- AHH" the girl screams, as she gets pulled away, and out of sight.

The sudden disappearance, and that fact It said her name, made Kelsey push herself into Richie's back. Her hand letting go of Eddie's arm in order to cower behind Richie, slowly as the three begin to walk forward.
