I rewatched both The Croods with my mom and she likes them but she prefers the second one saying it was better and funnier. I agree. Which one do you prefer?

Enjoy.

"Still alive!" said everyone popping out the popcorn (no pun intended). Looking around, I didn't see Guy. "Hey, where's Guy?"

Meanwhile Guy was trying to run away but, I chased after him then tackled him to the ground. "Rawr!"

"Ah!" I picked him up. "Going somewhere?" I asked. "The mountain, high ground, end of the world, remember?" he asked. My eyes widened a bit. I nearly did forget about that but, I honestly didn't want to believe it so, I kind of dismissed it. "But that already happened..." I stated unsure. "No way, that was just the beginning of the end. The end of the end is coming. Come with me Rose, we could be the two humans who survived. You like that?" He said the last part dramatically and moved his hands as if reading a title. I blushed. "Us? Together?"

Guy nodded. I thought about my promise.

Maybe I should...

I looked at my family.

Actually...

"I... can't still," I said. "Well, let me go, I want to live!" he said trying to escape me. "Rose," said Grug. I looked. "Drop it," he said motioning towards Guy. I put him on the ground then he tried to get away again. "Ah! Uh! Ah!" I scoffed. "We can't let him go. What if we don't find a cave before sunset? What if it takes a few days?" I gasped while Guy struggled and was in pain cause of my grip on his ear. "What if the birds come back?!" I asked dramatically.

Grug wasn't following. "We need his fire dummy," stated Gran. "Fine. You're coming with us till we find a cave," said Grug taking Guy from me then stuffing him into a log. "What? No, I'm not. Don't make me a part of this!" said Guy. He tried to walk away but Grug stopped him. "Stay here if you want but I got a DREAM, a MISSION, a REASON to LIVE!" said Guy. "Not exactly," I said to him. Grug picked the log up.

"Uh... okay, I got an idea. Let's go to that mountain," said Guy looking past us. We all turned to see the mountain he was talking about. "It's too far," stated Grug. "Grug really have his heart set on finding a cave," I said. "Well, uh... there are caves on that mountain," said Guy while Grug climbed some rocks holding onto him. "Have you been there?" I asked suspiciously.

"It's a mountain. Mountain have caves... water... sticks!" stated Guy. "Mom did you hear that? I could get my own stick!" said Thunk hitting Ugga excitedly. "Yeah, sticks. Caves and sticks, sticks and caves, crazy sticks, let's go!"

"Sssshhh!" Grug shushed Guy and brought him in front of him. We all heard the ground shake then watched a cliff split in half and a mammoth fall through it. "Dun, dun, dun!!!" said Belt. We all looked at Belt weirdly. Belt turned to us. "Ew, what is that thing?" asked Thunk. Belt stuck his tongue out and Sandy went crazy while Ugga held her and I calmed her. "No, no, no, Sandy, it's okay, that's just Belt," I said. Sandy growled then took a few breaths.

"Uh.... I've made my decision. We're going to... that mountain!" said Grug pointing to the one Guy was talking about while Guy nodded and I folded my arms. "Don't ask why, it just feels right," said Grug. "I don't know Grug, we've never walked that far," stated Ugga. "I don't think my feet can make it," said Thunk. "I'll never live long enough to get there," stated Gran tiredly.

"Let's do it." Grug said evilly and Gran glared at him.

I snickered mentally while Grug came down from the rocks talking to us while still holding the log Guy was in. "Come on, just think, the whole family together going on a trip across country. Days and nights with just each other! We'll tell stories, we'll laugh, ha ha ha!" He went to all of us hugging us and what not. "We'll become closer as a family!" he said bringing everyone together.
