You ever feel numb?
Deep in the bones
I feel so dumb
Cause I know it's there
But you know what?
I really don't care
Not about sleep
Or very much else
Caring's not cheap
And my energy's gone
There's only enough
For me to keep on
For the mask to go up
So no-one else to find out
If someone said they cared
I'd have so much doubt
Cause why would they really?
I might as well be worthless
And there's nothing good about me.
