Fallen Petals

That awkward silence,
Twitches in the corner of your lips,
The moment you realise,
How sad and lonely I truly am,
Compared to your starlite life,

You attempt to cover the humiliation,
Fail,
We used to be best of buds,
Yet all my petals have now fallen,
Whilst yours have doubled in beauty and size.
