Women, Stand Together

Don't touch me,
I shudder at the brush of your fingertips,
Goosebumps sliver across my body,
Kinetic energy sparks within me,
Like bolts of lighting frying a cat,
Bile fills my mouth,
At just the thought,
Of your slimy paws rubbing up and down my skin,

Don't take me for advantage,
Nor any other woman,

We aren't your toys,
For we have minds,
That are stronger than your muscles,
You put the apostrophe in the wrong place,
It's Alice's
Not Alices'
For we are not possessions,
To be messed around with,
Torn to pieces as though we're a dog's chew toy,

We are all independent women,
And we stand together as one.

A/N: In that instance, Alice was just a name created for the poem. I replaced it with the original name, because sadly the story within this poem is true.
Stand together within the subject of rape.
