After a few pictures and some milkshakes, we are finally at the dance. Everyone is walking in, getting their bags checked and their bodies searched. Harry and I are in the very back hand in hand. We haven't talked much but we have the whole night.

We take about a half of a step every thirty seconds, so it wasn't long before we were at the front. The nice-looking man searches my bag and the both of us before letting us through. We step into the building and I am in awe at the finished results.

"Mel this looks really good! You did an amazing job." Harry says as he places a hand on my waist

"Thank you! Cost me an arm and a leg to do it." I say and he laughs

"Let's go say hey to a few people." He says and I nod

He leads the way and we end up sitting with Derek and his date, Danielle. No shock there just glad they finally said something publicly.

"Does everyone here now know that you two are a thing?" I asked sitting next to Danielle

"Yep. No more hiding it." She says giving me a hug

"That's amazing! I'm happy for you." I tell her as we pulled apart

I look over to see Harry and Derek talking about lord knows what. When you think of true best friends, those two goofballs are it.

I notice Evan and Dani in the background, literally dry humping one another to a Summer Walker song. I guess they want everyone to know too.

"Do you want to go dance?" I hear behind me

I turn around to see Zayn and Channel. What the hell is going on with everyone wanting to be a couple now.

"Don't tell me you two are dating," I say and they both laugh

"God no! We are strictly friends" Channel said and Zayn turns to look at her

"Ouch." He says placing a hand over his heart "You know people still do have feelings." He adds

"Oh, hush. It's all jokes I love you" She says

"Yea yea," Zayn says as I stand up

"Yea let's go dance! All of us." I say grabbing Harry's hand and leading the group to the dance floor

We all get on the floor and start to have a good time with one another. There's been dance battles, couple battles, and even a backflip off of someone's back. Harry and I are in the middle of a serious dance battle when Danielle walks up and interrupts us.

"Mel I need you to come with me." She says into my ear

"Why? I'm kind of busy." I say watching Harry do some sort of dance

"It's an emergency. Dani is in the bathroom crying." She says and I look at her

"Okay, I'm coming," I tell her

"We'll finish this later," I said squinting my eyes at Harry, who only shoots me a wink

I follow behind Danielle until we are at the bathroom. We walk in and it's too quiet for someone to be crying.

"Are you sure? I don't hear anyone crying." I turn around to tell Danielle

"Yea I was just in here like two minutes ago and she was crying." She says

Suddenly I could hear the tears of someone.

"Dani, you okay?" I ask her while on my way to her stall

"I don't think Evan wants to be here with me anymore." She says crying loudly

"Do you want me to kick his ass?" I ask and she laughs
