*Baz's P.O.V*

Elizabeth led us to a room down the hall from the meeting room. There were 6 testing monitors with the VR headgear set up around the room. Our names were on the walls along with the headsets. We made our way to our sections and booted up the game, excited- and nervous- to play, as we had never played FNAF in VR before.

The game started off as a timeline of all of the past FNAF games, Different screens projected different scenes from the games as a roller coaster-like track guides my player toward a door. Before I reach the end, my screen glitches and turns black.

"Is it just me, or did your screens turn off as well, guys?" Ryan asked from my left.

"You're not alone, mate." Will said from the other side of the room.

"Mine's off." Koda said from my right.

"Me too." I responded.

We hear a click and a man's voice talks to us through a speaker:

"There seems to be another glitch in the system. Please stand by while repairs are being made. Remember, this is why we asked you to be here: To make sure the game has no glitches or bugs in it's programming. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will be back online shortly."

"Is it just me, or did he sound like Hand Unit?" Rhys asked.

"It did sound like him, didn't it?" Ryan said.

After a minute, I heard hissing coming from the walls of the room. The boys seemed to notice this as well because a minute later, we hear someone collapse.

"What was that?" Lewis asked.

M̸o̶r̵e̶ ̵l̵i̶k̸e̴ ̴w̴h̵o̴

"Guys!" I said, coughing and covering my nose and mouth with my hoodie. "Don't inhale! They're emitting Chloroform!"

We held our breath as long as physically possible. I fought a wave of lightheaded tension by leaning against a wall. I heard two more boys collapse.

"Who's still standing?" A muffled Lewis called from across the room.

"Me." I answered.

"Me." Baz coughed.

Soon after Baz responded, I heard something hit the floor on the other side of the room.

"Lewis is down." Baz wheezed.

"What do you thing they are doing, Ryan?" I asked, but didn't receive an answer. I tried to remove my headset to no avail. It was almost as if the headset was bolted to my head. There was another collapsing sound beside me.

"Baz?" I asked. "Ryan??"

Nothing.

"T̷h̴i̸s̶ ̷o̴n̸e̶ ̵i̸s̴ ̵a̶ ̵f̸i̷g̵h̷t̶e̸r̶.." A glitched male voice said.

"աɛ ռɛɛɖ ɦɛʀ ɖօառ, ֆȶʊքɨɖ ɢʟɨȶƈɦ. ʝʊֆȶ ӄռօƈӄ ɦɛʀ օʊȶ."

"Elizabeth?" I coughed. A door opened from across the room. I heard metal screeching and footsteps growing closer to me.

"O̶n̴e̸ ̸m̷o̵r̶e̷ ̸m̷a̸k̶e̵s̴ ̵s̵i̴x̷.." Said the same glitched voice as before.

"Huh?" I asked as a sharp pain rattled me. I was welcomed by darkness as I lost consciousness.

I woke up to the boy's voices close by. Sitting up, I noticed a laptop with multiple cameras: Party rooms, stages, kitchen...

"We're in the game?" I asked/realized.

"Look who's up." Rhys said. "What kept 'ya, lass?"

"The Chloroform didn't clear me, so I got something to the head instead." I said, receiving a sympathetic gaze from everyone.

"Ouch." Ryan said.

"Guys, Bonnie's on the move." Will said, looking through the left door. When her returns to the group, both door slam shut. A live audio recording plays, but it's not phone guy....

"Welcome to the REAL demo of Help Wanted. To leave, you must survive. To survive, you must play the game. I cannot guarantee that this will be easy, safe, or fun."

"Who are you?" Lewis asked.

"Who I am is not important to you. However, you have already met me, my daughter, and partner." He said.

"What?" Ryan asked, but the man continued as if he had said nothing.

"To escape, survive every night I give you. The animatronics will be more aggressive and hostile than the normal games. Good luck gamers. You night starts now."
