"I'm not going to have your ass in my face, Gguk. I'm going first." Yoongi snaps, as I try to be the first to push my way into the vents of the building we'd arrived at. It's basically in the middle of nowhere and took almost an hour to find, but we're here. I honestly didn't even think we'd get this far with my stupid plan.

"I'm nervous, what if I mess up what we're doing?" Jimin asks, fidgeting. He pouts at Yoongi, who brings him in for a kiss on the cheek before pulling me away from the vent enough so he can work on climbing in.

"You won't mess up, Jiminie. You never have. Besides, it's simple. We try to map out all the rooms the vent systems open into, and as much of the base as possible, while Taehyung and Jin-hyung go from the front in full Dagger uniform, and Namjoon and Hoseok go in from the back and try to take out whoever they can. Then we meet up in the centermost room and go from there." He says all this with a small smile to comfort Jimin, before ducking into the vent. I help Jimin climb up next, and then follow them in, closing the duct behind me.

"Damn, I thought vents this wide only existed in movies! I can almost crawl full doggy-style." I say, amazed that it actually worked. Clearly the other two don't care as much about it, though, as they both turn their heads sharply to give me a look.

Jimin takes a deep breath and speaks. "Please don't ever use that term again. It doesn't mean what you think it means."

I give him a confused look, tilting my head slightly. "What, doggy-style?" They both flinch again, just a bit.

   "Yes, that. C'mon."

"But what does it mean, then?"

Yoongi interrupts before Jimin gets the chance to answer me. "Now is not the time, Jeon. We have a much more important task at hand." They both turn back around, leaving me in a puddle on confusion.

However, I recover quickly, and we continue trekking through. It takes a little while to get where the vents open into rooms, but eventually, we do, and Jimin starts tracing them down on some paper, making a map based on where we go and marking all the rooms, and if they're dangerous or not. All of them seem to have people in them, but most have only one or two.

We continue on, but quickly come to a halt when we hear noises coming from behind us in the vent shaft. We all wait silently, hoping to recognize them as just noises from the air, or from us. This, unfortunately, is not the case.

Instead, we realize that the sounds are that of rubber boots banging against the metal shaft, and angry breathing. The three of us quickly begin to move to the next room, which – thank god – is empty. Jimin quickly gets to work on opening up the vent, while Yoongi pulls out his pocketknife and gets ready to fight.

I look around the area and notice what looks like motion sensors down at the far end, right after a corner that the banging sounds are approaching. It seems like Yoongi notices them too, but I don't have any more time to figure out a plan. I see a man in all black begin to come around the corner and realize there's no time left.

I spin around and check how far Jimin had to go. He only had one bolt out and one partially loosed. Acting fast, I pull Jiminie roughly away and position myself in front of the vent gate, leaning back and propping myself on my arms.

Focusing all my strength on my legs, I kick it open in one try. I immediately grab Yoongi and Jimin, practically dragging them into the room with me. By now, the man – men, actually – have almost made it to us, and quickly follow us through the opening. We try to get to the other side of the room where the door is, but they have a friend waiting in front of it.  Damn.
