Chapter Seventy One

Calum's POV

I wake up and frown from the site of my own room , I'm kind of used to waking up cuddling Soph. When she comes into my head i smile widely remembering what happened yesterday and how we're a thing. Last night i wanted to stay over Soph's but she said she wanted me to go home and see my mom because she doesn't want me to stop seeing my mom which my mom thought was cute of her. Last night i phoned Ashton and told him and i was thinking he'd be annoyed but he was over the moon for us and my mom had another happy dance.

I quickly shower and get changed then head downstairs towards the kitchen where there's a small note on the table. ' Dear Calum , you wen't awake this morning and I'm not going to be home until at least ten tonight so remember to eat but I'm sure if you go over Soph's she'll give you food , phone me f you are staying the night there because i also need to talk to you xxxxx ~ Mom

I smile and put the note in the recycling. I grab a bowl and put some cereal on and decide to text Zach back after he messaged me when i woke up.

' Hey , buddy ! I was wondering if you could come over and help with Soph' room when she wakes up  , i think it would be good to get things done so she doesn't have to sleep on the sofaall the time ~ Zach

' Yeah , I'm just eating breakfast and it's not like Soph to be asleep still.... '

" I know , she stayed up till half four though because of Lisa , she was worried so she stayed up but i made her go to sleep in the end because i knew Luke wasn't gonna phone her :) ~ Zach

" Really ? That girl stresses herself out too much ;/ '

' i know but it's only because she cares , that's probably why she didn't' fight back when things got bad at school but hey i'm not gonna bring up the past , seeing as you to are a thing now because honestly we all saw that coming ;) ~Zach

' Alright well i'm on my way :) Don't Wake her up though i don't want her to be tired ' 

' No problem , the front doors open ' ~ Zach

I lock my phone and grab a jacket before heading out of the front door and locking it behind me. I walk down the sidewalk smiling at the people who smile at me. I was always taught about stranger danger but then a smile couldn't hurt anyone. I walk up Soph' front steps and quietly open the door , making sure not to make a noise. I walk through to the living room to see Soph sleeping on the sofa in sweats and a tank top with her hair in a loose bun. She looks beautiful but then again she always does. I walk out of the living and into the kitchen where Zach is drinking out of a Christmas glass.

" Hey buddy " He smiles , i go to ' guy' hug him but as i do i knock the glass out of his hand and it smashes on the floor making both of us cringe. Seconds later Soph runs into the kitchen and sees the glass on the floor and sighs 

" I'm so sorry , it was my fault "  I apologies

" Do you rally think i care about a glass that broke on accident and anyways I can just buy another one " She smiles and presses her lips to mine 

" I fell in love with the best girl on this planet " I smile , as Soph leans on the counter but yelps and winces, she holds her arm but when i start seeing blood i freak out. " What happened ??" I ask loudly

" Calum , calm down there was just some shards of glass on the counter and i lent on it , no biggie " She smiles and washes it under the tap. After helping Soph with her arm we wrapped it up and then headed upstairs to get started on her room. Me and Zach run downstairs and get the furnishes that she brought the other day , Zach spent all morning making the bedside tables and she got a delivery and that contained some draws.
