A few months have passed since the reunion of the Azur Lane and the royal maids returning home. Commander Tran is currently out in the docks and sitting with Yorktown as they enjoy some time off.
"Much time has passed, hasn't it?" Commander Tran says. "And now that we have achieved world peace for now, there won't really be that much to worry about."
"Yeah. I really do enjoy this." Yorktown replies as they see the sun beginning to set. "Mikasa and company have already gone back home but they say that we can come visit any time we want, and Bismarck says she wants to stay just a little longer before she heads home herself." And as if on cue Bismarck walks over and joins the two at the edge of the docks.
"When you've been warring for so long, you forget these kinds of spectacles." Bismarck says as she sits on the other side of the commander.
"You gonna head home soon?" Commander Tran asks. "Your people do need you after all."
"I'll be heading home tomorrow first thing in the morning." Bismarck replies. "I've enjoyed hanging around you guys, reminds me of back then before we went all crazy and everything you know?"
"Yeah, I get that." Yorktown says. "Doesn't this sunset look gorgeous?"
"It does yes." Bismarck replies.
"Not as gorgeous as you though." Commander Tran says to Yorktown.
"Oh my!" Yorktown says, trying to hide her blush. "Thank you!"
"Commander you sly dog." Bismarck chuckles. "I think I'll leave you two be." She laughs as she heads back inside.
"I know I might have said this once before, but don't you just wish this could last forever?" Commander Tran asks.
"This beautiful sunset? The peace? Of course I wish this could last forever." Yorktown replies, resting her head on the commander's shoulder as the two watch the sun set further and further. Finally the sun has completely set and the moon is just starting to rise. "We should get some rest."
"Yeah, we should." Commander Tran says as he and Yorktown head inside. "Night York."
"Night."
