Bobby follows

Penelope POV
Ash was going up to her room to change when suddenly the doorbell rang.
"See who is it," said Ash, coming back down. "See in the window."
I peeped at the window and gave a shriek. BOBBY was standing at the gate.
"What what?" asked Ash, running down towards me. "Who is it?"
She came and peeked too, and she gave a shout too and backed away, falling over the sofa.
"Hey are you okay?" I asked, helping her up. "What do we do now?"
"I have no idea..." said Ash. "Wait, where's my hoodie?"
She ran to it and put it on.
"Go and ask what he wants," said Ash, zipping up her hoodie. "I need to get into my disguise."
I nodded and went out with the keys. I went to the gate and started opening it.
"Hey Pen," said Bobby. "Where's Ash?"
"Here," said Ash, coming out, with her hair down. "HOW did you find my house?"
"I followed you here," said Bobby and Ash looked surprised. "I followed you here from school."
"But why?" I asked. "Why did you follow us?"
He just shrugged.
"I wanna know you more," said Bobby. "That's why I followed you here."
"Just come in..." I said, unlatching the gate. "Didn't your parents come to pick you up?"
"Not yet," said Bobby, entering. "They pick me up late."
"How late?" Ash asked.
"About two hours late," said Bobby as I locked the gate. "Only on certain days though."
"Alright then," said Ash, leading him in. "Does your parents know that you're here?"
"Yeah they do," said Bobby. "I told them that I'll be at a friend's home."
"Okay," I said, going in with them. We closed the front door and sat down.
"So why are you so interested in us?" Ash asked. "Like, this is your first day with us and you're already coming after us?"
"Well you're one of my first friends in this school," said Bobby. "I just wanna get to know you guys better."
"Is anyone hungry?" Ash suddenly asked. "Because I am."
"Yeah me too," I said. "What about Bobby?"
"Yeah I'm hungry too," said Bobby. "What do you actually have?"
"Some mac n cheese," said Ash. "Come on, its in the fridge. We need to reheat them."
We had the mac n cheese for lunch and then we just sat around in the living room and watched some tv while talking.
"So tell me about your sister," said Ash. "What's her name?"
"Her name is Lindsey," said Bobby. "People call her Linda. But we call her Lindsey."
"Wait am I the only one who is called by my nickname at home and is called by my real name at school?" I asked, suddenly. "Because I feel like I'm the only one ..."
"Nah you're not," said Ash. "Daniel's family calls him Danny."
How does she even know this?
"Alright then," I said, nodding. "Bobby, continue."
"Like I said," said Bobby. "We call her Lindsey, while her friends call her Linda."
"Which school does she go to?" Ash asked. "I wanna meet her."
"Well, she-" began Bobby but was interrupted by a text. He quickly got up.
"Oh my mom is here," said Bobby, taking his bag and heading for the door. "See ya tomorrow, girls."
We went out with him and opened the gate for him. His parents were in his car and waved at us. We waved them off and went back in.
"Okay now I have to go take these contacts off," said Ash and went upstairs. "I so wanna get them off."
"Can I come too?" I asked and she nodded while tying her hair. "Yay!"
I followed her up and her room and sat on her bed. Her room looked pretty good, but mine was better, if I do say so myself.
Ash went to the bathroom and took off her contact lens and changed her clothes. She came out and wore her glasses that were on her nightstand. I almost forgot that she has dark eyes. She sat on her bed too and laid down on her back.
"What a weird day," said Ash. "Why is Bobby like this anyway?"
"I have no idea," I said, also laying down on her bed. "But now you have a little brother!"
"Yeah very funny," said Ash. "But yeah, it's kinda true."
Suddenly our phones dinged. We saw at it and saw that it was a message from Daniel.
Daniel: I saw Bobby following u two
Ash: Yeah he followed us to my house...
Daniel: He actually did?
Me: Yep
Daniel: 😂😂
Daniel: But y?
Ash: He says he wants to know more about us
Me: Yeah and he said we are one of his only friends
Daniel: Hey then what about me?
Ash: Guess u don't count
Daniel: That ain't fair...
Me: 😂😂😂😂
We decided do our homework, so that we can be free tonight. We were done and had plenty of time left. We decided to watch a movie together in the living room. Ash turned the tv on and switched it to the movie channel. Back to the Future was on tv. We watched while eating the snacks provided by Ash. The movie was really good.
We decided to go and sit outside on Ash's garden with a nice glass of orange juice.
"I really like your garden," I said. "We have a nice garden too, but we don't have a place to sit like this..."
We sat as we sipped the juice while talking, surrounded with flowers and plants. There were birds on the trees too.
Wait is that a bluebird? It is! I quickly grabbed my phone and zoomed in to take a picture of it. It wasn't that far off, and the picture was good.
"What is it?" Ash asked. "What are you taking a picture of?"
"That bluebird over there," I said, showing her the picture. "I've seen one near my house once, but didn't get to take the picture because it flew away as I got near..."
"Yeah there's plenty of birds here," said Ash. "I've seen plenty of birds around here. There's this one pair of yellow orioles that always fly around here. They're so cute!"
"Yes I've seen a pair near my place too," I said. "They're always in a pair."
Soon, it was time for me to go back. My parents came to fetch me and I went home and had my dinner with them.
"So what have you been doing at Ash's?" Dad asked. "Did you two finish your homework?"
"Yes dad..." I said. "We finished our homework and just sat around and watched some tv together. We watched Back to the Future."
"What else happened?" Mom asked. "What happened at school?"
"There's a new guy in class," I said. "He's younger than us, only thirteen. He skipped a few grades. He sits next to Ash."
"The weirdo?" said dad, raising an eyebrow. "Well good luck to that guy. Wonder how he's gonna survive sitting with her..."
"He'd be fine," I said. "I'm kinda worried about Ash though. Because this guy kinda developed a liking to her and keeps saying she looks like his sister."
"Aww," said Mom. "That's nice. Maybe Ash's nice after all."
The week went on and we let Bobby sit with us during recess because the poor guy didn't have any friends, besides us that is...
Soon, the weekends came. Bobby invited us, as in me, Ash and Daniel over to at his house to brainstorm for our Physics project. We were supposed to make an electrical generator using energy, not battery. We decided to make a wind turbine, using wind energy.
