Freedom whistling in her grasp
Soaring away never to be restrained
Winds that you can't keep

Her love was like the earth
Unmovable and unchanging
Steady in its nature but unwilling to change
Mountains that you can't move

Her love was like water
Moving swiftly out of reach
Going wherever the current wishes
Never staying still long enough to hold
Waves slipping out of your grasp
