Alice had decided to throw a big graduation party at the Cullens, inviting all the graduates. Bella had invited Jacob, and honestly, I'm kind of hoping he comes. He's the only friend I have that's not pale and I need a change of scenery.

"How are you liking the party so far?" Emmett's voice said behind me.

"Party's aren't really my thing," I said with a shrug, turning to face him. I put my hands on his shoulders, his hands on my waist. "But I made an exception for this one because it's graduation."

Emmett gave me a light smile. I still can't believe I graduated. It's surreal. As we stood there swaying slightly, the smell of wet dog filled my nostrils and my face lit up; Jacob. "I'll be right back," I told Emmett. He only nodded, though I knew he could smell Jacob.

I walked around until I saw Jacob with two others. They were about to head upstairs. "Jacob!" I shouted over the music. He turned, a small smile on his face. When I reach him, I pulled him into a hug.

"It's good to see you, Blake," the boy said. "And congrats."

I smiled. "Thanks." I looked at the two boys behind Jacob. They seemed hesitant around me and I didn't blame them.

Jacob seemed to noticed. "Oh, right. Blake, this is Quil," he said as he pointed to the boy on his left with short curly hair," and Embry." I nodded at both of them. "Embry, Quil, this is Blake; Bella's brother."

A look of realization set on their faces. Quil held out his hand for me to shake. "It's nice to finally meet you, Blake. Bella talks highly of you."

I smiled. Of course she does. I shook Embry's hand. He smiled at me. "It's nice to meet you."

I gave him a smile as well. His hand was warm, nothing I'm used to. Vampires are naturally ice cold. I will admit, Embry was undoubtedly good looking, but nothing compared to Emmett.

They seemed a bit confused that I wasn't talking, but Jacob answered their silent question. "Blake doesn't talk much. Well, he does, but only to people he's close to." They nodded. "Hey, have you seen Bella?" Jacob asked.

I nodded. "She should be upstairs."

He smiled. God, I wish I had teeth like his. "Thanks."

I nodded before seeing Emmett walking towards me. When he reached me, his face contorted into one of disgust. "You smell like wet dog."

I chuckled. "Of course I do. One of my best friends is a werewolf. When I hug him, his scent is bound to rub off on me."

He didn't say anything as his eyebrows furrowed slightly. "Why do I smell two more of them on you?"

"Jacob brought two of his friends," I answered casually. "He introduced me to them."

Emmett tensed slightly. "You touched them?"

I let out a sigh. "We shook hands, if that's what you mean. Look, Emmett, Jacob is a werewolf and so are his friends and you're just going to have to get used to the face that Jacob and I aren't going to stop being friends just because I'm a vampire and he's a werewolf; we've been friends our whole life and nothing can change that."

Emmett didn't say anything, he just hugged me. "God, I love when you talk."

I chuckled. "Most people would say 'I love when we kiss' but apparently not in our case."

Emmett chuckled, puillng he into a kiss. "I love you, Arizona."

I groaned as I playfully rolling my eyes. "I thought that was just a phase."

Emmett looked at me with a smirk. "Nope," he said as he shook his head.

"I love you, too."
