My mom interrupted me, I don't really mind I was going to say yes anyways
You: what she said
I smile
You: but what about school?
Mattias mom: well you can work the same shift as Mattia, he works after school and so he can manage both work and school
You: ok well thank you
Mattias mom: no thanks you, we really needed a new employee. You can come back tomorrow and Mattia will show you around and tell you all the things you need to know
Mom: alright
Mattias mom: and of course we have too ask you permission if its okay if she can come in tomorrow? The restaurant is closed on Sunday's, we used that as a cleaning day. Mattia would love too show you around and teach you a few things about the restaurant.
You: yeah, I'm 100 percent sure I have zero plans tomorrow
I giggle
Mom: how long would she be here tomorrow?
Mattias mom: It might take the whole day but she can leave earlier if you need her home
Mom: I'm fine, I wouldn't mine some alone time
We smile at her and she walks away
Me and my mom start walking back home
As we're walking my mom starts talking
Mom: isn't this just a good start? You got a job on our first day here
I laugh
Mom: only thing is I need too find you a new school for monday
You: what ? I'm going to start already on Monday ?
Mom: don't complain
You: I'm not..I just though I wouldn't have to go to school until a week or so
Mom: just cuz we moved doesn't mean you ignore school
You: I'm not ignoring school, I know I have to go...I just thought I wouldn't have to go so soon.
Mom: why are you so upset about going to school earlier, isn't that better
You: Noo I'm not ready for it yet
Mom: oh well, I know you'll be fine, you got that young boy and his friends so
You: yeah his friends not mine, we just talked for one day
Mom: technically two days, don't forget today
You: well I still don't know who they are, all I know is their names
Mom: well that's why there's school, you can properly meet them there
You: fine then I'll stop complaining
